2. Key Accomplishments:
Pepperidge Farm, Inc.: Earned three Merit Awards for achieving outstanding
sales growth within my District. Pepperidge Farm Merit Awards are earned by only the
top 10 to 20 employees nationally. Super Merit Awards are earned by only the top 4
employees nationally. I have earned my Merit awards through Route Development,
Route Infrastructure growth, and Key Account sales growth.
2015 Distribution accomplishments are as follows
2015 Sales Growth: Ranked number one in terms of sales growth percent
increase vs last year in our thirteen state region.
Route Infrastructure Development: Earned first place finish in Regional route
infrastructure contest. Added the most new incremental Distribution trucks in our
thirteen state region in 2014.
2015 National Holiday In-Store Display Contest Winner: Earned first place finish
in our National Holiday Display Contest for not only the highest quantity of displays but
also the most creative Holiday display.
2015 “You Make a Difference” Award Winner: Earned a National “You Make a
Difference” Award for contributions in training new District Sales Managers.
Account Call accomplishments are as follows:
Strack and Van Til’s (Central Grocers Coop): Developed creative long term, full
revenue TPR’s enabling double digit sales growth annually. I have successfully
negotiated reduced Ad fees to achieve increased profitability for Pepperidge Farm.
Food 4 Less: Worked extensively with National Account Team (Kroger) to
develop chain specific programming for this customer to ultimately increase base shelf
space, secure mandatory display support at all stores, and grow sales.
Berkots Super Foods (Central Grocers Coop): Developed extraordinary business
relationship with Owner and Buyer enabling me to ultimately double Pepperidge Farm’s
business at this growing customer within one year. Sales trends continue to grow
double digit annually.
Walt’s Foods, Pete’s Fresh Market’s, Martin’s Super Market’s, Fairplay Finer
Foods, Wise Way Super Market’s, and Tony’s Finer Foods: Developed creative long
term, full revenue TPR’s at all of these accounts enabling annual sales growth. I have
successfully negotiated reduced Ad fees to achieve increased profitability for
Pepperidge Farm.
Pepperidge Farm Independent Distributor: Achieved exceptional sales
growth in my territory by providing service above and beyond my customer’s
expectations. Providing extraordinary service enabled me to develop outstanding
business relationships. Together these enabled me to obtain additional display areas in
all of my retail stores and ultimately increase sales. Additionally, I solicited new
accounts in my territory to grow my business. The most productive of my new accounts
was Flying Food Fare which is a supplier of meals used by the Airline industry.
Ultimately I increased sales of my Distributorship by 20% resulting in increased income
and equity when I sold my business.
Jewel Food Stores: Working with senior management at Jewel Food Stores I
developed a new and updated ordering system for dry grocery items utilized by the
entire chain of stores. The ordering system enabled stores to deduct product currently
on order and/or back stocked at store level thus eliminating unneeded overstock
