Remember: Complience to Airside Safety is the Top Priority
Safety Reminder: All Reminder! IAW ANG ASM -Ramp Handling Operation (Safety), IATA affilate FSF ROSP, IATA Airport Ramp Service, FAA LOSA Guide & UK CAA - Airside Safety Management.
1) When approching an aircraft with an ambulatory high lift vehicle, use a Marshaller to ensure every thing is clear. Position the vehicle at the appropriate aircraft Door.
2) Do not approach or pass infront or behind an aircraft either through vehicle/truck or by foot while the anti-collision beacons are operating. Wait Until aricraft beacons are off before approching.
3) Before Servicing Aircrafts, conduct a pre-operational Check on the Equipment, including check of the Protective Buffer, test brakes, steering and Hydraulics.
4) It is Mandatory, safety cones must be placed at the forward and rear of the Aircraft to prevent access to the engine run side of the Aircraft as an berrier Indication for servicing Equip/Vehicles
5) When using Toilet Truck, ensure that all attachment on the truck, including toilet basket are restrained and valve are closed before moving the truck.
6) During Aircraft Docking of High -Lift Equipment or Vehicle, it is very important to use a Ground Marshaller during the process.
7) Passenger must be supervised and not allowed to wander at Tarmac. They must be kept clear of Aircraft Jet Blast and propeller area.
8) Always be aware of your surroundings, always wear PPE, NO SMOKING, NO drinking of ALCOHOLIC drinks or any legal or Illegal DRUGS and always keep the Ramp area clear of FOD
9) Aircraft Structure are Fragile, and damage may have serious results. Therefore, be very careful when Positioning Equipment on Aircraft surface or in the Cargo Compartment area.
10) Pushback crew ensure towbar is secured, use the correct Tow Steering Lock out Pin, STOP Towing or towbar usage, if the Pin sheers.
11) Suspected passenger in position of DG must be question thoroughly and if found guilty of possesing DG at Hand, be withdrawal from flight.
