Position Summary: IT-CNP, is an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) organization specializing in Federal Information Systems Management Act (FISMA)
compliancy. The primary focus of the organization was to assist Federal Agencies and other companies hosting infrastructure for the government to meet
the conditions and controls defined in NIST/DIACAP/FedRAMP documentation. By meeting these controls, the agency would receive an Authority to
Operate (ATO).
Currently at IT-CNP, I oversee the Project Management Office and also provide assistance to the Business Management, Security Management, and
Human Resource offices, My responsibilities for each department vary greatly and has allowed for me to gather and retain a vast majority of skills and
information ranging from project scheduling, quote generation, corporate audits and recruitment..
Project Management Office – As the project coordinator for IT-CNP, I am responsible for tracking and assisting with current and new customer information
systems. I would work with customers helping to understand the complexities of FISMA, FIPS, NIST, DIACAP and other Federal documentation required for
their information system. Part of my experience includes working directly with multiple Federal, state and local customers needing infrastructure cloud
hosting and custom managed services in order to provide a “turn-key” solution for their information system(s).
In addition to directly assisting customers, I was also responsible for internal process development. I worked with the organization’s president and project
managers to develop over twenty corporate policies that needed implementation or ratification and assisted the company in developing standardized
templates and naming convention policy.
Business Management Office - Part of my responsibilities with the organization also included assisting the Business Management Office with quote
generation and proposal development. I worked with corporate executives to develop a quote generation process and worked to modify and improve the
corporate template. Generating the quotes included working with complex excel datasheets containing both manual and macro enabled functions in order to
provide the customer with accurate and rapid quotes, usually in less than four hours from initial contact.
As mentioned, I also assisted the organization with proposal development. Generally, Federal agencies release requests for information on their public
facing website www.fbo.gov prior to releasing a final draft request for proposal (RFP). I was responsible for working with the proposal coordinator in
developing both technical and non-technical content to be included with the final RFP.
Security Management Office – In 2014, I was tasked with assisting the Security Management Office with routine tasks and daily practices. This included
ensuring completion of forms with completion requirements ranging from daily to annual and filing the information accordingly. I also assisted the SMO with
completing customer information system reports ranging from patch management reports to vulnerability assessment reports. Currently, I also assist the
security management office with writing documentation and collecting artifacts required for organizational audits conducted by third party auditing
organizations (3PAOs) and writing system specific System Security Plans (SSPs). I also assisted the security management office with building and
deploying a corporate intranet site. Using SharePoint designer 2013, I was able to provide a repository site for internal and external collaborations. The

intranet site is used to retain corporate processes and policies, templates, new hire orientation, HR documents, proposal, resource and much more. My
responsibilities for the SharePoint site included user account creation and management, along with assigning and modifying the appropriate permissions
settings needed for the organization. In addition to implementing a corporate SharePoint repository site, I was assigned with the implementation of a
collaboration site for customers and partners. My responsibilities for the customer SharePoint site included user account creations, elevated permissions
management, and ensuring that application configurations protected and secured proprietary and confidential information.
Human Resources – In working with the Human Resources team, I was responsible for conducting all non-technical staffing efforts from the posting of the
position, to presenting new hire orientation paperwork. I would work with HR and the BMO to determine company needs and work to fulfill those needs. As
part of my staffing responsibilities, I was responsible for writing corporate job descriptions and collecting submitted resumes in order to conduct interviews.
Once the candidates that I reviewed were approved by management, I would schedule and conduct interviews with these candidates. Finally, I was also
responsible for submitting paperwork for Federal background checks, reference checks, education verification and security clearance verification &
validation, and completion of new hire paperwork.

Position Summary: As a Project Analyst with Edaptive Systems, I was primarily responsible for maintaining and updating the project schedules of
projects I was assigned. Generally, the projects assigned involved working with sub and/or prime contractor project managers to assist them with project
progress tracking and milestone completion. I would also assist these project managers with artifact collection, meeting facilitation and writing
documentation. The main goal of the PMO was to provide high quality services and support to Edaptive’s project managers.
The secondary responsibility held by all members of the PMO was to create corporate documentation and standardization practices. I worked with the PMO

Software Tester .........................................................................................................................................................2010 - 2011
Responsibilities Performed and Experience Acquired
Capturing testing metrics to provide visibility into the current state of the
application.
Performing automated and manual system testing including integration & regression.
Conducting Integration, UAT, Regression, Smoke, Load & penetration testing. Providing quality assurance checks of system documentation relating to testing.
Entering and tracking system defects from discovery to successful fix & verification. Working with the development team to triage defect for inclusion into new builds.
Overseeing and leading the development team through application load/stress
testing.
Writing customized test scenarios to effectively test the CMS DMEPOS System.
Position Summary: As a Software Tester with Edaptive Systems, I was responsible for multiple components of testing for a customized software
application build. The system named, Durable Medical Equipment Bidding System, of DBidS, was a software application developed to capture the Durable
Medical Equipment (DME) suppliers’ information to participate in the bidding process.
4. Page 4
Following an annual release schedule, the DbidS application was undergoing system testing for a majority of the calendar year. There were multiple testing
cycles that required detailed and complex testing scenarios to locate any defects or issues with the system. I began my work as a software tester by
performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for previously developed test cases. Using HP Quality Center (QC) I would track and log the manual testing
progress as I completed each test case. In addition to manual testing, I was also equipped with using HP Quick Test Pro (QTP). Using scripts developed by
the test lead, I would execute all test cases assigned to ensure the functionality of the system was responding as normal.
As I progressed I was introduced to Integration, Regression, and Unit Testing. Here I was responsible for ensuring that the functionality of the application
was performing as expected, ensuring that any code changes, bug fixed, and/or any other modifications to the application had no alteration(s) on the
system’s functionality, and ensuring that captured information was reporting accurate information, as expected, to the application’s database servers.
The final type of testing that I was introduced to was System Load/Performance testing. For the DbidS system, the functional requirements of the system
required load testing for 5,000 consecutive users. Using HP LoadRunner, I assisted the development team and project managers with monitoring and
overseeing the successful completion of this requirement. Using customer test facilities, our team would deploy dummy data into the software application
mimicking that of 5,000 consecutive users. As a supplementary element to the requirement, the sustainment was required to be at a minimum of 10 hours
with an average of 3 second response times. Using Loadrunner’s graphical user interface (GUI), I was responsible for deploying virtual instances into the
application at periodic rates until the maximum of 5,000 instances was reached. Upon the completion of the deployment, I monitored the information
systems infrastructure for any components that were under heavy load resulting in system timeout and/or prolonged response times.

Position Summary: As a Helpdesk Technician with Edaptive Systems I was responsible for resolving and/or troubleshooting issues for employees of the
organization. Working with a team, the Helpdesk would resolve user issues for all hardware owned by the company including the VoIP phone system,
corporate/customer work stations, etc… As I progressed as a Helpdesk Technician, I was assigned with the creation of a database that could be used to
track the issuance of all corporate and government issued software. Using access, I was able to create this database to successfully manage and track
hardware distribution. Upon the completion of this database, I was assigned with monitoring and updating it to reflect the assignment of equipment. Part of
overseeing the database was to write corporate policies and processes that needed to be followed when equipment was released. These processes and
policies included detailed information on distributing, allocating, tagging, logging, and maintaining corporate and government resources.
My responsibilities working within the corporate helpdesk also required the imaging of new customer machines that were procured. The image required
changing BIOS settings to comply with customer requirements (e.g. disabling the machines WiFI capabilities) and required the machine to operate off the
customer approved operating system (Windows XP). As a supplementary responsibility, I also provided Helpdesk assistance with the Durable Medical
Equipment Bidding System (DbidS). As a helpdesk technician for DbidS, I provided application support for bidders accessing the system by relaying
technical solutions to the prime contractor’s helpdesk. The prime would then further the assistance of the customer to provide resolution.
