The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints accepted Andre Badley as a full-time, volunteer
missionary. For more than two years he served an honorable mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-Day Saints. During his service he served 8 months in my local branch. He impressed me with his
integrity, his hard work, and his enthusiastic attitude. It was always a pleasure to spend time with Andre,
exchanging ideas and viewpoints.
I believe that Andre is an intelligent and motivated individual. He is more than capable of managing a
small group. During his service instructed a small group of missionaries. As District Leader and Zone
Leader, Andre led and managed ten to fourteen missionaries. With the help of this team, he produced a
high-quality work ethic every month and was able to reach mission goals within deadline.
As part of his former responsibilities, Andre excelled in leadership and accountability. My peers and
colleagues would often tell me that he was interesting to talk to, and their comments reflected positive
feedback. I believe that developing quality relationships with people is the responsibility of each Church
of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints representative, and Andre Badley’s consistent contributions to that
end are an excellent case in point.
