@ Installation &commissioning of ACL system for Refinery (DEO vacuum and bleacher vacuum) & 
Hydrogenation plant vacuum to achieve vacuum at 1 tor and less than 1,  
ACL (alkaline close loop system) – The purpose of ACL is to utilize the steam after generate power & 
reduce the steam pressure & consumption in refinery,  
 System ‐chiller, Primary condenser, secondary condenser, dry ejector, booster, hot‐well, cold well, pipe line 
of steam and water, modification of cooling tower, modification of pipe line, installation of steam PRS and 
etc, 
Installation and commissioning of all instrumentation & wiring,  
Upgrading of refinery Deodorizer system to get good quality and production capacity from 200 TPD to 250 
TPD in the same utilities which consumed to process of 200 TPD, Modification in PLF (Pressure leaf filter) 
to get dry spent, designing & relocate the CPO & RBDPO feeding pumps,  
Heat recover form condensate water to CPO to get heated up before reaching to changing tank,   
Designing and installation of spiral heat exchanger to recovery heat energy from RBDPO to Bleached oil 
feeding to top trey of DEO [RBDPO 270  ≥ Bleached oil 240 ( ∆T240 – 100 =140)]
