is a form of education which is
delivered using the Internet.
● It is when teachers and students
interact with each other online.
● Online learning was very
common during the
covid-pandemic.

1. Convenience
● No need to travel to school
● Instead of speaking, you can
type anything to tell to your teacher
or classmates.
● Access to resources: you can
invite any student, guest or teacher to the lecture,
no matter where he or she be.

● No need to spend money on
petrol for coming to school.
● No need to spend money on
your uniform.

By learning online, you
can also learn new
technologies and
practice the use of
office software,
internet, etc.

5. Cons of online learning
1. Limited social interaction
● Difficult to know your classmates
● No offline get-together
● No campus atmosphere to create social interaction
2. Technology cost
● Students may be required to learn new/enhanced computer skills
● Additional cost of high-speed internet
3. Problematic for instructors
It’s hard for the traditional teachers to adopt the system and software as they
believe in lectures and handouts.
