GRSS Accessories is a small business partnership between 4 students offering customized accessories on campus. They operate a 4-day stall during Foundation Week to gain business experience. Their target market is students in the local area. They offer accessories at low prices and fund the business equally as partners. The partnership aims to gain skills in sales, business planning, and customer service for future careers.
3. • General Overview of Business
GRSS Accessories is a small business operation offering,
accessories (customized accessories) in the area Pinagsama, and
exclusively in the campus of The Fisher Valley College, Taguig City.
GRSS is a start-up business, providing cheap price but robust
products offered for all levels of student. In the Foundation Week the
business offers a 4 days Fashion accessories products. All activities
start from the same staging area located inside the campus.
GRSS Accessories is a partnership of Four Business students
who wants to improve their business skills. The target market stays at
the stall until they get their products. The operation has been active for
4 days. As partners, we all fund about the selling process and sales
experiences. We are a Business Administration students and we must
be in capable of selling our products, our experience will give us great
skills to manage the operation of the large-scales companies in yet to
come. Our recent move into sales in the past 4 days has given us the
skills for dealing with customers, creating my personal business plan,
and most importantly, closing sales.
5. GRSS Accessories is a form of Partnership, an
autonomous and will be duly registered as a business
entity to achieve social, economic, and cultural needs and
aspirations , patronizing products and services and
accepting the risks and benefits of the undertaking in
accordance with universally accepted Partnership
principles. GRSS Accessories is a consumer type of
Partnership since the primary purpose of it is to produce
goods and services that will exceed the expectations and to
satisfy the consumers, not just looking for the profit we can
get.
6. Being in a Partnership we come up with a name
that can easily relate to the nature of the business.
The GRSS KEYCHAINS. is a good start key chain
outlet in M. L. Quezon St., Hagonoy, Taguig City area. The
goal of the partnership is to have a market share of key
chain industry through low price, a dominant selection of
products, a competitive variety of services and a product of
quality that will really satisfy the desires of the customers.
Filipinos tend to have passion in fashion, they like having
personalized, owned things that show their own
personalities. Through things that we see to them, they
already introduced themselves to us.
9. The target market will be the whole area of Taguig
City which will concentrate in Hagonoy where our college
is located. Our major customers are the students of High
Schools and Elementary schools nearby, we will also offer
this product to any active consumers who patronizes the
kind of product we offer. The potential consumers would be
the students, employees and professionals.
The establishment would like to become successful
due to its accessibility because it is along main road and
also the area offers the greatest possibility of success due
to rapid growth of students.

recognized by the consumers. The real goal of advertising is
effective communication to modify the attitudes or behavior of
the customers through exposure and awareness of the
