conformance, scheduling and coordinating large scale demobilization, equipment inspections,
construction equipment and material procurement, writing and implementing contracts between
suppliers and subcontractors, jobsite quantity tracking, short interval construction scheduling, CPM
scheduling, manpower and equipment scheduling, pay request applications, product data and
procedural submittals, and general construction survey and layout.
Upper Dam, ME
Owner: Brookfield Renewable Energy Group Contract Value: $18,602,156
Upper and Middle Dams are located at the headwaters of the Androscoggin River watershed
in Western Maine near the New Hampshire border. Upper and Middle Dams are part of an
extensive water storage system to regulate flows of the Androscoggin River for downstream
hydroelectric power generation, flood control, and other industrial uses. The project is a
turnkey remediation and replacement of Upper and Middle Dams. The work at Upper and
Middle Dam involves the complete renewal of the spillway structure, the remediation of
embankments and the design and the allowance for future installation of a minimum flow
turbine generator. The improvements are part of FERC Part 12 modifications and are being
driven primarily by the need to safely pass flows under Probable Maximum Flood conditions.
Stoney Creek, VA
Owner: Virginia Dept. of Conservation and Recreation Contract Value: $7,772,500.00
Modifications and upgrades to the Stoney Creek Dams #9 and #10 and Lake Laura and Lake
Birdhaven are necessary to bring them into compliance with current State of Virginia Division
of Dam Safety Regulations. The work includes: Stoney Creek Dam #9: The hardening of the
downstream face of the dam with roller-compacted concrete, construction of an ogee crested
spillway, plunge pool, replacement of low level gate, installation of a mid-level gate, extending

the existing dam embankment to close off the auxillary spillway. Stoney Creek Dam #10: the
installation of mass concrete with baffle blocks in the existing auxillary spillway, construction
of an ogee crested spillway, roller compacted concrete hardened training dike, installation of
new controls for existing hydraulic low level gate.
Safety Upgrades and Repairs at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA
Owner: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Contract Value: $8,222,350.00
A portion of MCB Quantico's water is provided from a supply system that consists of Lunga
Dam, Breckinridge Dam, and Gray's Reservoir Dam. These dams currently do not meet
safety requirements and need to be upgraded and repaired to safely provide water to MCB
Quantico. The repair and upgrades will consist of the following: Lunga Dam: design and
construction of a roller-compacted concrete auxiliary spillway within the existing earthen
embankment, design and construction of seepage collection system, design and installation
of a method for low level reservoir release at the end of the existing embankment conduit,
design and installation of a secondary closure on the main intake tower sluice gate,
replacement of existing intake tower components, sealing of cracks in Ogee spillway and
clearing of accumulated sediment in front of main sluice gate.
Royal Lake Dredging & Restoration, VA
Owner: Fairfax county Contract Value: $5,907,700.00
Dredging 51,220 cubic yards of sediment. Establishing and maintaining dredge disposal
site.
Project Controls Manager & Project Coordinator, February 2013 – December 2014
Alcatel-Lucent – Managed & maintained $12 million + in Contract Value for Site Acquisition
and Construction Projects in multiple markets nationally for the Sprint Network Vision
Project.
Goodman Networks – Accountable for the financial tracking of $1 million + Contract Value
on the Site Acquisition Sites in Las Vegas for the Sprint Network Vision Project.
Track and maintain profit/cost reporting at the project level from inception to completion.
