2. Identity
I, Allen D. Powell Jr., a United States Army Veteran, License
Master Barber, Music Business major, and nightclub promoter.
The past few years I’ve been trying to identify myself and I came
up with I’m entrepreneur, helping to build individuals in the music
industry. I want to assist up in coming artist with contracts and
money managing techniques. My ultimate goal is to bridge the
record labels and nightclub scene but in a more positive way
than what it’s portrayed now. With me being outgoing and a
people person, this will also help me network within the industry.
3. -Business Manager of Artists, Performers, and Athletes
-Management Analyst
-Barber
I approach my work differently than others because theirs no rules to
bridging nightclubs, barbering, and the music industry. It’s basically who
discover the best talent first. Hero and Royalty were the top two archetype
for me. Courage, loyalty, and commitment would be the attributes needed
to create and sustain an environment for the brand.

• I will seek a Nightclub owner or club manager to mentor me
14. Elevator Pitch
Most NightClub owners and record labels are trying to figure
out ways to keep their number consistent. This is where my
brand comes in at. We find talent with a following and link
them with the clubs for shows meaning profit and the record
labels for new artist to discover. But, when I bring the artist
to the table, I’m going to have all their paperwork needed
ready to go.
