The BASP business with Sonatrach project ensured 18 rigs covered both the Drilling and
Work Over operations. Additionally the BASP Waste Management project with Sonatrach is
around 55 Rigs in term of Drying process , Water Optimization Process and Solids control
delivery.
BASP is Joint Venture 60 /40 resulting from the partnership between Baroid Halliburton and
ENSP / DFF Algerian Company.
 The operations Lead ensures all the operations with HSE standard with no NPT and
no accident or incident.
 The Operations Lead is in charge for delivering good service quality for the customer
as per contract.
 The operations Lead is ensuring the improvement in the project and is keeping
business growing successfully. The challenge is to satisfy the customer needs and to
conduct the project positively in order to provide more and better service quality.
