Polymer 5 image editing analysis

1. I used the spot healing brush tool to
clear most of the spots you can see
in my models face.
I use the rectangular marquee tool to frame my
image in the way i want it to be. After that i
simply clicked on image and then selected crop.
In how I made my image black and white. i
started off by simply clicking on image (located
at the top of photoshop). Then i clicked on
adjustments and selected black and white. I
also adjustment a few things such as changing
the brightness/contrast. In how i did that i
clicked on image, then i clicked on adjustment
and from there i selected brightness/contrast
and changed my contrast to roughly around -5
and my brightness to 15.
I also sharpened my image. In how
i did that i clicked on filter. Then i
clicked on sharpen and then i
selected unsharp mask. i applied
the unsharp mask around my
model eyes, nose eyes and his
suit.
