A well organized, creative, passionate, and forward-thinking professional. As an
event planner, being able to strategize, delegate, and execute with satisfying
results can be very arduous, however my determination and focused mind has
helped me to achieve the best results at that moment for any of my developing
ideas. A self-made planner with the ability to see what’s needed, communicate
with ease, lead, and adapt with unknown changes that can also help you stay
successful and become better.
Held multiple management positions that involved me in setting appointments,
organizing company catering with delivery, and leading teams. The vitality that
that other successful professionals possess also lie within me.
WORK EXPERIENCE
IAB Leadership Program Current | Self-made
In association with Sts Peter and Paul
The value of IAB stands at around $1500.00. IAB is a free leadership program
to young women that builds confidence and enhances future female leaders. IAB
strives to partner with businesses to sponsor workshops or outings that can add
value to each young lady.
Duties:
• Managing relationships with sponsors
• Maintaining the mission of the organization through workshops, meetings,
and one on one sessions with our young ladies
• Supervising & delegating tasks of volunteers
• Supervise and coordinate the activities/fundraisers
• Developing, implementing, and managing events/workshops
• Preparing sponsorship letters and marketing materials
• Maintained a calendar of events for effective long term planning &
management
• Arrange meetings & pick-up times with sponsors for all monetary donations,
gift bags, t-shirt orders, and more.

International Night
In association with Sts Peter and Paul
8 booth displays with a goal to express each culture given by school
administration through decorations and food displays.
Duties:
• Setting up and breaking down of tents
• Organizing table slots to the appropriate groups
• Managing ticket distribution as each customer approaches the tables
• Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks/ responsibilities to workers
• Developing, implementing, and managing tent decorations
• Working closely with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure food and donations were accounted for
• Managing catering orders
