procedure is followed that need

Recruitment process is not like your organization just want
to hire some resources for a particular position, posted
advertisement, got resume, call interview and hire
applicant. It’s not that easy, as it requires many processes
to go to hiring phase.
HR Core Manager has to make a job description against the
position for the applicant, this take a lot of time and
consultancy. Then posting advertisement on many platforms
for talent management and search. It sometimes include
campus recruitment, social recognition, succession planning.
Getting overwhelming response from applicants, in form of
duplicate resume, rejected or blacklisted resumes re-applying.
Sorting candidates with required skills from a pool of resumes, and
calling them out on phone. Screening and doing applicant
management on phone conversations and sorting applicants based
on some HR Analysis.
Here you come, now after a long process of screening, talent management, HR analysis and applicant management,
HR Core managers have to make an interview of the applicant. This also takes time of organization’s resources to
interview applicant of their relevant departments. Sometimes a single person can interview and sometimes a penal of
judges are there to do applicant management.
Technology and computing brought a paradigm changed in
modern world. Paper and manual tasks are shifted to
computers, for accuracy, multitasking and perfection. There is
no need to burden HR manager and other resources in
