aids to improve the process of human

learning and communication; and employing a combination
of human and non-human resources to bring about
more effective instruction .

And techniques of teaching.
Simply stated, educational
technology is the
application of the results
of researchers and
studies, material or non-
material to improve
Teaching and learning.

5. Educational Technology must be
viewed in relation to teaching as a
whole into the learning process.
Teachers must be understand this
relationship in order to be able to
make intelligent or fruitful use of
technological aids.
