Introduction.
QCS new and previous versions focuses on the concrete plant quality ,
the new version QCS 2014 part no. 7 in section no.5 has been amended
with a check list for concrete plants inspection , the chapter title also has
been changed to "Concrete Plants" instead of “ Batching Plant ", the new
title will be inclusive to all matters related to concrete plant .
The new amendment has been establish of trust and transparency among
governmental parties and manufacturers , and also to encourage
manufacturers to conduct self-audit their factories to improve quality,
through checking all the quality required points in the provided check list.
4
The benefit of new amendment.
 New to QCS.
 Focused on concrete plants.
 Transparency among manufacturers and governmental parties.
 Speed up the completion of inspection stage.
 Minimum requirements of quality specifications for concrete plants.
5
Scope of inspection for concrete plants
at QCS 2014.
Inspection is the most important step to get the
conformity certificate or any certificate of concrete
plant .
The inspectors team mission is to visit the factory to
make sure that the following points are complying with
QCS 2014.
 Factory.
 Materials storage.
 Production lines .
 Laboratory .
 Product storage.
The National Committee has approved a list of
inspection steps, to improve the quality .
