for the circuits.
• Performing alignment for expansion joints, pumps and compressors piping
tie-in and supervise the fabrication and erection of the modified lines
assuring the matching of the work quality with the quality standards.
• Prepare the required material lists and spools dimensions for pressure test,
flushing and blowing temporary spools and bypasses required.
• Prepare test packages for pressure tests, flushing and blowing activities
showing the test limits, bypasses and temporary spools locations, valves to
be closed/opened and instruments to be isolated/removed.
• Dealed with water lines, gas lines (process gas, natural gas and oxygen
lines), steam lines (high pressure, low pressure) and hydraulic lines.
• Following steam blow out, oxygen lines degreasing and hydraulic lines
pickling activities.
• Work with FRP /GRP pipes and lamination procedure.

Erection
1. Fabrication and Erection of pipe lines in MELT SHOP: EAF, LF and pipe rack,
CCM (Siemens) for few months.
• Light section mill DANIELI .
2. Supervising a group of pipe fitters, grinders and welders working in
Hydraulic, Oxygen, Natural Gas, Water, AIR , AR and lubrication pipe lines
using mechanical drawings , P&ID and 3D model.
3. Technical office: making isometrics for workshop, engineering details, and
modifications to drawings by using AutoCAD program, request material
according to drawings and international standards.
4. Material control and inspection.
5. Making punch list for pipe lines systems.
Testing
1. Assistance for hydro test.
2. Preparing and following pickling procedure related to international
standards.
3. Assistance for making flushing for hydraulic, grease and lubrication lines.
4. Assistance for making flushing and pasivation for water lines for WTP.
5. Managing for making flushing for all air lines.
6. Using standard documentation like: ASME ,ASTM .
7. Organization for all manpower per area and jobs.

7. Commissioning
1. Following all procedures before and during the commissioning like: purging
the lines with nitrogen, reassembling for the lines with final check by P&IDs
and first filling also organize the manpower for the commissioning people.
2. Check of Instrument data list / Hook up and following the erection related
to P&IDs and drawings.
3. Making detail reports: work progress, problems during erection, missing
materials and manpower distribution.
4. Following all commissioning procedures for the light section mill including
all the problems of that phase.
5. Finishing all the cold test for the plant (furnace ,EWR ,mill stands ,cooling
bed,straightening machine,cold shear and disk saws)
Maintenance
1. Preparing the maintenance schedules.
2. Preparing all the spare parts (hydraulic & pneumatic cylinders, pumps,
bearing, hydraulic &pneumatic valves, and cranes for the factory for the
next 2 years.
3. Following the maintenance works (mechanical and hydraulic).
