2 Resume of Professional Experience :
18 years' experience in various HR and administration activities of auditing and gap assessment
of HR systems and procedures with recommendations on findings closure, setting up of
organization charts and job descriptions, performance assessment and appraisal, setting up of
compensation and benefits system, setting up of KPI systems and assessment of actual
performance, roll out of HR policies and procedures, staff career path and training plans.

HR Operation and Employees Relation Section Head in Arab Swiss Engineering Co.
“ASEC” http://www.asec-engineering.com/ , Egypt, with the following duties:

• Audit, present, analyze and compare the actual performance of the HR Field
representatives against the job description, through the quarterly audit report.
• Approve and control the HR Field quarterly action plans to overcome, work and
correct findings appeared in the audit.
• Report on the HR key performance indicators with the accordance of the HR rep. staff and
provide recommendations to the HR Operations Manager.
• Ensure proper implementation of staffing system within projects according to the approved
recruitment annual plan & following the selection standards, hiring process, regulations and
procedures.
• Update and informs department heads within the projects by the selection methods and
techniques.
• Ensure that all new comers are full equipped, acquainted with their jobs and have received the
orientation program.
• Monitor the measurements and reports provided by the HR representatives about
staffing and support taking actions.
• Monitor the accomplishment of the projects' department heads to the performance management
system methods and techniques as per the talent management policies and procedures.
• Work with the talent management manager in ensuring proper implementation of ASEC
business school.
• Communicate with the technical training department to fulfill the training needs of ASEC staff.
• Report and update the training history of all in sites staff with the accordance of the HR
representatives.
• Inform, interpret and control the HR policies / practices (including grievance, discipline, code of
conduct, succession planning and employees’ morale) within the projects.
• Ensure effective implementation to the communication and employee relations system.
• Measure and analyze the employees’ morale and provides recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that the overall work environment is up to standard at all times.
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of updated HR theories and methods & provide suitable
interpretation to ASEC HR rep. staff.
• Plan, supervise, and review work of subordinates.
• Provide coaching and continuous feedback to the HR rep. staff.
• Appraising the staff performance, identifying the needed training & making action plans for
improvement.
• Assumes other duties as assigned by the HR Operations Manager.

employee relations strategy that is aligned with business needs.

Administration Section Head in “ASEC "
Job description:
• Administering the company laws, rules and instructions.
• Follow-up and supervision of the daily performance of the department through :
a. Follow-up daily attendance and leave.
b. Follow the movement of vehicles daily.
c. Follow daily overtime through the extra report sent by the Director of the Section
after its adoption by the Project Manager.
d. Signing and adoption of mailings from administrative affairs office between sites
and sending it to the Director of Administrate.
e. Follow-up and supervision to solve all the problems of the site, and employees in
government entities (Office of Labor and Social Security.
f. Follow-up and supervise the work of public relations and hospitality for the sites.
g. making records and reports for the site in the competent authorities.
• Maintaining constant communication between the site and administration :
a. Respond to inquiries of workers in the site according to the regulations and
procedures adopted and referring to management in case needed to do so.
b. Responsible for advertising and notifying all workers by administrative decisions
after adoption.
c. Work and coordination in solving any problems that may affect the performance
of the site.
d. Making weekly and bi-weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports and
submitting to the Director of Administration and discuss these reports in periodic
meetings of senior management.
• Review and analysis of administration expenses to control it :
a. Review and adopt a monthly report detecting expenses of transitions and find out
the reasons for the differences if found.
b. Assess the needs of the site of the records and publications.
c. Adoption of all vouchers after revision.
• Follow-up and coordination of the company's relation to the contracting companies
by the implementation of the following :
a. Review the implementation of the contracts between the company and service
providers.
b. Coordination in solving the problems of contractors and service providers.
• Overseeing the preparation of data and statistics requested by the administration ,
reviewing periodic reports coming to the administration, working on analysis and
studying the problems highlighted and contributes to the development of solutions.
• Entirely responsible for the unity of the campaign and car maintenance.
