⢠The Companyâs Profit and Loss account - Net Profit of Rs. 27,43,621.00 for the year
(Last year Net loss was Rs. 15,58,697.00)
⢠The major reason for this improvement in performance - due to the changes in sales mix with
the execution of conversion jobs.
⢠Setting up of a Heat treatment and Screw Press Division, at Athani, having a Capital outlay of
Rs.1295 lakhs.
⢠Company can increase the turnover as well as profit and ensure timely delivery of the Forgings
to the end users on time.
⢠Charted out few projects focusing a bright future in the coming years in terms of turnover and
profitability, for a sustainable growth, on a long term prospective and submitted the same to
Government for consideration.
