As member and POC of the Team, I help develop and maintain quality of data in Global
contract migration as per customer requirements in SAP system (NFE) both live
shipment- COEX and BC contracts.
Role:
 Practice the function of Report Analyst as below:
-Collaborate with associates to improve efficiency, productivity and
processes.
-Responsible for maintaining,tracking and analyzing all assigned reports in
accordance to Business Partner’s demand.
-Responsible for handling Queries and provide Data to Business Partners,
Team Leader or Manager on need basis
 Contract Migration from template to SAP system assuring accuracy in a
timely manner.
 Assistin standardization of rate card following the NFE standard from Multi-
national Customer- Costumer Solutions and innovation.

Administrative/POC’s Tasks
 Serve as POC in the absence of supervisor.
 Answers request and escalation of global customers, (APAC, EMEA,
AMER) through email and on I-share site.
 Highlight any issues that affect the quality and the process.
 Communicate to different countries and teams within GSC regarding
process and qualityconcerns in terms of contract migration and any related
issues for improvement.
 Handle the team and assure to reach and go beyond the team target.
 Attending meetings in terms ofprocess improvement capability of the team.
 Support for process development such as report designing, tracking,
reporting tools and maintaining quality assurance for the team .
 Train the team for the procedure of contract migration and how to be more
productive.
 Enhance the team to have one goal,have teamwork,and work religiously by
heart.
