Duties :
• Set-up the Quality system and procedures and to manage implementation and supporting
management procedures as per ISO 9001 and strategic support for the quality functions in
Orascom Construction projects.
• Develop and maintain an audit schedule to be approved by the OC corporate QA manager
against which audits are to be executed.
• Conduct lead internal and external quality audits on the corporate departments and the
construction projects in local and overseas operation areas; prepare the audit reports,
corrective action notices and follow up their closure.
• Review the documents received from the tendering department regarding the quality
requirements/prequalification and prepare a draft PQP based on the scope of work
accordingly.
• Prepare monthly quality report for the corporate quality director, and based on the collected
data, the project quality KPI are evaluated and presented to OC Management.
• Analyse the projects quality monthly reports, NCR’s and the trend analysis.
• Ensure that the performance of the corporate departments is in line with the quality
objectives and policy; prepare periodic performance reports for the section and provide input
into the department's performance report.
