‘Agile’ is a method and Agility is a mindset. Being agile at a personal level means you’re
nimble to receive, accept and respond to new information in your environment; you’re
open to turn inwards and implement behavioural changes necessary at an individual level.

6. Agile Projects are complex, require accepting new requirements,
changing thought patterns, behaviors & course-correction
Neural Agility (Neural Plasticity) is the ability of the brain and
nervous system to change in response to our experiences. Our
brain and nervous system are innately agile, we are born super
connected, rewired till the age of 25 and however need focus
and attention to develop nueral agility after the age of 25.
Reptile brain - aggression / safety (automated process); limbic
brain - emotions and social skills, and cortex - thought, planning
and reasoning. Alignment and integration of these brain parts is
the key to neuro agility.

9. Adversity does not discriminate, we all are suffering only degree
varies.
Believe in yourself, and in human endeavour. Google, Facebook,
Uber and Tesla are outcome of human endeavour.
Get rid of victim mindset and self-pity. If you do not control the
situation situation will control you. Be the driver and not a
passenger of your life.
Focus your attention carefully. Focus on things you can change.
Accept things that are not in your control.
Take Failures as feedback lens, and put a process to
systematically move out of the comfort-zone. Fail big and fail
well.
Hunt the God Stuff. You did all the work and your boss to the
credit or your worked over night for a delivery

12. Focus on must to do essential things that align with
your purpose
Adopt a growth mindset. Recognise failure, stop
taking approvals, be authentic be yourself, focus and
pay attention to mental rebuttals.
Embrace change and have an inquisitive and learning
