displacement then work is said to
be done.

4. There are three types of Work
they are
1) Positive Work
2) Negative Work
3) Zero Work

5. Positive work is said to be done
if the force applied & the
displacement of the object is in
same direction.

6. Negative work is said to be done
if the force applied & the
displacement occurred are in
opposite direction.

7. Zero work is said to be done if
force is applied and the
displacement doesn’t occurs.

Energy is nothing but the
ability to do work.

1) Kinetic Energy
2) Potential Energy

10. Kinetic Energy: The energy
possesed by body on virtue of
it’s motion is called Kinetic
Energy
Kinetic Energy = ½mv²

11. Potential Energy : The Energy
possesed by body on virtue of
it’s position is called Potential
