1. Talk about recent fact, using simple present tense.
2. We need to utter our opinion, so it's just like to express our
thought and feel like, seem, feel, know, think, realize, sense, and
others.
3. To develop an argument we need conjunction. Here are the
example of conjucntion:
a. Giving idea or opinion: in addition to, besides, furthermore.
b. To comphare idea or opinion but, while, vice versa, whereas,
meanwhile, on the other hand.
c. To show an order or time: first, then, next.
d. To show cause and effect: as a result, because, by, consequently,
despite, due to, for that reason.

What reasons that we have that cause the phenomenon
or issue become more reasonable easy to predict so we
can give the arguments.
