Jeffrey Archer is an English author
and former politician whose political
career ended in conviction and
imprisonment for four years for
fabrication.

5. Introduction
Novel tells the story of Danny Cartwright who is
wrongly accused of murder of his best friend.
His case seems hopeless since the real murderer
is a respected attorney who has covered up his
tracks very well with the support of his three
friends, a popular actor, a property agent and a
drug addict.
After a long dramatic trial, Danny is sentenced to
22 years in Belmarsh prison.
6. The key part of the story is on the escape of
Danny from prison and his revenge.

Everyone who takes birth will come across some or
other problems in life, and even in the most difficult
situation we should not lose hope and strive to
