4. LEARNING AND ITS DEFINITIONS
 Learning is widely regarded by educational psychologist as
a relatively change in behavior influenced by experience.
Several definitions of learning agree that learning occurs
when there is a permanent behavioral change due to
experience.
 Olayinka (1988) defines learning as a change of behavior to
a more permanent type. Ekeruo et.al (1989) also stated
that learning may be defined as a permanent change in
behavior as a result of change in performance through
practice, training or performance.
 There is no general acceptable definition of learning rather
all definitions have relative features that includes;
