- Conceptualized and created solutions to brand and structure the Enterprise Online Learning Department that
serves 78,000+ employees across 5 states. Refined, enhanced, and documented existing procedures, developed
the brand of the department and a corresponding style guide, and created multiple templates and branding assets
for various needs (i.e., eLearning courses, newsletters, footers, video intros) using multiple platforms (i.e., Adobe
Creative Suite, Storyline, Camtasia).
- Simultaneously designed, developed, and produced multiple high-profile enterprise-wide eLearning courses. Led
multiple crossfunctional teams to set timelines, develop content, and launch products on time. Produced a variety
of state of the art eLearning courses that integrate software simulations, scenarios, interactive infographics, micro-

Led a variety of video-based, eLearning, and other projects from concept to execution
- Developed the first Amplify Tablet video series (20 videos). Using the company’s brand guidelines, developed the
look and feel of the series, established technical solutions and workflows to systemize the pre- and post-
production workflows, collaborated with product owners to create their videos, and trained employees to take

- Managed a pilot deployment of 250+ Amplify Tablets at a middle school. Collaborated with teachers,
administrators, students, product owners, and product engineers to provide vision, instructional/technical support,
and training. Managed and supported three classroom coordinators. Collaborated with 11 other pilot project
teams and was the only team to reach beyond our original scope by conducting student focus groups and
documenting the project via a collection of online video-based stories (www.marshallamplifypilot.com).
- Developed various eLearning initiatives.
o Designed and co-developed the first Amplify Academy eLearning course. This template was used for
successive courses within the academy and for other statewide projects.
o Used agile tools and methodologies to collaborate with subject matter experts, Instructional Designers,
and Graphic Artists to develop and create interactive assets for statewide online courses.
o Developed and produced eLearning courses for Los Angeles Unified School District (www.bit.ly/r3d-trc).
- Developed a pilot video series called ‘Amplify My Lesson.’ Managed major aspects of the project including
conceptualization, pitching, writing, producing, directing, and editing. Video series was shot onsite at a school with
20+ students and 6 teachers and specialists.
- Led a creative team (designers, copywriter) to develop training assets for the Tablet Loaner Program for the Sales
Department. Worked with Head of Sales and other stakeholders to leverage existing video assets to create a
supportive and engaging new user experience.

Developed an online professional development video library and authored university accredited online courses
- Set and maintained the creative vision to develop a library of 115+ skill and lesson based video modules for
teachers using educational technology in the classroom. Managed all aspects of project including design, budget,
media asset management, scheduling video production, and website design/content. Created all instructional
content including video scripts, lesson materials, and recording live action video.
- Shifted the vision from online library to online courses to better meet teachers’ needs. Wrote and produced six
