Up Warp Sheet (Convex) Down Warp Sheet (Concave)
Identification – Easy to catch visually generally sheet moved upward and downward.
Causes of warp- Moisture imbalance between the top and bottom liners.
Tension imbalance between the top and bottom liners.
Corrugator component misalignment.
