Execute Action to Prevent Re- Occurrence by using 5 WHY analysis. x Data collection & data compilation in SAP R/3. Ensure of BOM Accuracy for RM/PM as per Class of Material. x Responsible for SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Bill 2002) Accountability. x Explore the possibility for SAP Up gradation, Comply SOX x Proactive for RM/PM status Updating, Regular Follow up with sourcing for timely delivery of consumable and GRN Status. x Tracking of production matrix includes daily productivity with trend analysis x Timely updating of production data / board in the shop floor and preparing weekly expose material inventory reporting and action plan vs. execution report.
