Hi Sir/ Ma’am,
I am writing to show my interest in applying for any non-voice account or back-office position as a
customer service representative. I have been working as a customer service representative and Fraud
Analyst at Ttec Inc. for more than 3 years, and during that time it helps me develop and learned how to
provide excellent service to the clients through email, chat’s and by performing outbound calls if
needed.
I have also worked in LAZADA PH for more than 2 years, with a role in Order Management and as a
Refund Associate. Part of my duties were to identify and detect suspicious orders before processing it,
investigate and understand behaviors of fraudulent people and their account transactions, especially
high valued orders. I am also responsible in evaluating and verifying the legitimacy of the customer
request for a compensation. I also take part in creating or generating promotional voucher code from
the marketing team, and a voucher code as a compensation for the clients.
My experience hones my organizational skills, and I would love to attribute to the company’s success.
