6. PROJECT SUMMERY
Location :
The Olympic village is located in the city of Alalamein el gdida
The problem :
The lack of basic infrastructure in Egypt so that it can not host major sport-
ing events such as the Olympics and the world cup there is also a shortage
of sports services compared to the population
Does Egypt need to build sports buildings for purpose of setting
it up?
Yes need sports buildings are established facilities benefit the state at any time or
the goal of heroism is a temporary event but followed by a massive tourist activ-
ism during the hero and then.
Why does Egypt fail to run these tournaments ?
We know this through FIFA’s report on zero 2010 FIFA World Cup, saying
that the method of administration service in Egypt are not suitable for host-
ing such an event for you.
The project aims to find the appropriate sports service according to the in-
ternational specifications and in a location served by a good road network.
Reasons for choosing the site:
Proximity to important sports gatherings
The site follows the strategy of the state of 2030 for any sports , tourism
and recreational activism.

7. LOCATION
The new city of El Allameen It’s on the Mediterranean coast This is a new
City of Marsa Matroh It’s a new city that is on the developing roadmap.
Its location on the Mediterranean coast gives it the privilege of the stunning
views. It’s a fourth-generation city by the modern tech and the principle of
sustainability. We could make a use of building an Olympic village to make
the Mediterranean gamed that stand every four years that’s why it will be
continues without rest. In the city is being build in a high floor that’s is a big
advantage for the sea and beach views.
It’s a tourist city according to containing tombs from the second world war
and monument .

8. CLIMATE ANALYSIS
The El Alamein region is characterized by a cold climate in the winter, ac-
companied by heavy rain and some snow, and a relative rise in tempera-
tures during the summer. This area was characterized by a moderate coastal
climate, which made it suitable for the establishment of huge projects in it.

the project aims to revitalize sport and develop it’s idea from within
the spirit, because maintain the health of the body and thus maintain
the integrity of soul The Alamein Olympic Village idea is based on the
spiral shape, Spiral designs can add an element of movement and
fluidity to the static form of a building with it’s stable foundation and
using it to great effect in show-stopping designs that combine beauty
with function the spiral has a lot of advantages such as it is endless
with one start point, from one start point we can attach a lot of building
together in a curve shape.

10. MATERIALS
Different teams of researchers have been investigating ways to reduce vi-
brations in materials by attaching piezo elements to the material. When
the material is bent by a vibration in one direction, the vibration-reduction
system responds to the bend and sends electric power to the piezo element
to bend in the other direction. Further applications to flexible structures,
such as shells and plates, have also been studied for nearly three decades.

one of the most exciting materials in todays design industry
and has set the construction world alight with the potential
it offers.

21. PROJECT SUMMERY
A Small House Located in the Forest, which makes the design must be in line
with the atmosphere of these forests in terms of design, colors and materi-
als used in this house.
The house was designed to take advantage of as much as possible to see the
picturesque landscapes and enjoy the fresh air and the colors of the trees
Wood was used as an essential element in the building in covering, furni-
ture and glass due to the presence of transparency from inside of the build-
ing for good vision.

ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
30. PROJECT SUMMERY
A residential villas complex consisting of 8 residential villas, a small com-
mercial mall, a restaurant, a cafeteria, and a place designated for agricul-
ture, and there is a structural link between them to show the interconnec-
tion between the buildings.
It is built at the top of a hill consisting of steps, the height of each step rang-
es from 30 to 45 centimeters. This was addressed in the design by using
stairs and landscape.

Within the framework of the state’s interest in activating trade, preserving
community heritage values, and supporting industries
Craftsmanship The Ministry of Industry allocated a piece of land located on
the Nile Corniche in Cairo Governorate, overlooking the Nile directly with
a facade of 130 meters and a depth of 180 meters on a street 30 meters
wide from the north, to establish a trade center and support craft industries
to be a platform to stimulate trade in the craft and small industries sector,
including cultural diversities Craftsmanship and design innovations, while
providing an office complex for local and international companies operating
in the field.
