Responsibilities
Manager Building Services. In charge of the MEP designs and
project management activities of a wide spectrum of large
scale projects. Heading up Building Services team at AECOM
Abu Dhabi and international projects, ensuring delivery of
projects, validation and verification of technical documents.
Design Projects
Al Wakrah Stadium Precinct, Qatar
Central Cooling Plant and Reticulation Network (2014):
- A high capacity Central Cooling Plant (CCP) for the 2022
FIFA World Cup Qatar having an overall total installed
cooling capacity of 90 MW (25,590 TR) with a chilled water
energy storage tank capability 20 MW (5,687 TR) to
supplement its total cooling load at peak hours estimated
at 110 MW (31,277 TR).
- The central cooling plant utilizes large capacity 11 KV
motor water cooled chillers consisting of five (5) sets in
duty + one (1) set (as standby) of chiller pairs for a
combined chiller capacity of 5,120 TR each.
- Five (5) duties and one (1) (as standby) primary chilled
water pumps (PCHWPs) and five (5) duties and one (1)
(as standby) secondary chilled water pumps (SCHWPs)
aid the circulation of chilled water with the motor control
centre (MCC). The PCHWP’s operate at a fixed speed
and works in tandem with a number of operational chillers,
whereas the SCHWPs operate at variable speeds
controlled by the load conditions of the customers.
Heading up the architectural, structure, MEP and
infrastructure team for the design management and production
of the tender documents for the Design and Build Contract.
Riyadh Metro, KSA (2014):
- A design and build project for lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh
metro network. These two lines will form part of the six-line
metro system that will run for a total length of 176
kilometers across the Riyadh city and includes 85 stations.
- AECOM scope encompasses detailed structural,
architectural, MEP and transit system designs for the
consortium of Bechtel, Al Mabani, CCC and Siemens.
- A priority package called “Red Diamond” was requested to
be carried out by AECOM to demonstrate the schematic
design requirements for elevated stations, shallow
underground stations and deep stations.
- AECOM ME has prepared the “Red Diamond” package for
the line 2 which will run east to west along King Abdullah
Road and will be built mostly at grade and shallow
underground (15km) with some elevated sections. The line
2 will also extend more than 25 kilometers with 13 stations
and 3 transfer stations.
Heading up the MEP team, liaison with the Client to present
the design, and managing the production and reviews of the
MEP design for the Red Diamond deliverables.
The District Retail Project, Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE
(June 2013)
- A triangular plot acts as vital linkage between a trio
signature landmarks, the Louvre Museum by Jean Novel,
the Zayed National Museum by Foster & Partners and the
new Guggenheim by Frank Gehry.
- Designed and allocated to house the region’s finest
collection of luxury brands, boutiques and dining outlets,
high-end department stores, home furnishing chains, art
galleries, family entertainment venues and various other
specialty stores and services.
- Comprises three levels –all above ground starting from the
street level – distributed over 264,000 m2 of leasable
space.
- The project design is at Design Development design
stage.
Preparing the MEP concept design, heading up the MEP team,
for the production of the MEP design deliverables through the
schematic design stages. The project is now at 50% DD.
BP Iraq NV project (2013):
A large campus at Al Rumaillah, Iraq for Beyond Petroleum
(BP) consisting of the following components:

· Headquarter offices fully fitted for circa 450
employees with 500 m2 data center for the entire
campus.
· Prototype residential modular units for 300 people.
· Security entry terminal complex

· Electrical substations, plant rooms, site wide utilities.

Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Center
(AMMROC) (2012)
- A world class military aircraft maintenance, repair and
overhaul (MRO) facility at Al Ain International Airport. The
facility provides its services to both the UAE military and to
other regional forces. The facility has a plot of 1 km2
allocated to it at Al Ain airport within the airside boundary.
- The facility comprises of five main hangars, a wash down
area, aircraft painting booth, extensive workshops,
warehouse, headquarters building, aircraft parking apron,
roads & parking, and engine test cells and other test
facilities.

the Design and Build Contract.
Emirates Engineering Centre, New light Maintenance Hangars-
Dubai international Airport (2012)
- Four (4) number aircraft hangars to carry out light
maintenance at the existing west apron of Dubai
International Airport for emirates airline aircrafts:

· B 777 Series
· A 340 Series
· A 330 Series
Heading up the MEP building services team, design
management and production of the MEP preliminary design for
the Design and Build Contract.
Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi, UAE (2011-2012)
- The Yas Mall is a four level structure including a partial
upper mezzanine level comprising approximately 350,000
square meters and two parking garages on the northeast
and northwest side of the project. The project include 300
international retails, F&B outlets, food court, two (2)
department stores, anchor shops, family entertainment,
cinemas, hypermarket, stores, loading docks, mechanical,
electrical rooms and back of house services, connections
to the two existing southeast and southwest garages and
also to the Welcome Pavilion of the Ferrari World building.
- The project has reached the significant milestone of
achieving a 2 Pearl Design Rating under the Estidama
Pearl Building Rating System (PBRS).
- The project won the Construction Week 2014 Commercial
Project of the Year Award.
Heading up the mechanical team, liaison with the Client Aldar
to present the design, and managing the production of the
deliverables, through the concept, schematic, design
development and construction document stages.
2009-2010 Cleveland Clinic-Abu Dhabi
- The project consists of the validation of MEP design of the
central utility plant and admin buildings with the
requirements of the local rules and regulations.
Heading up the MEP building services team, provision of
reviews and validation.
2009 Masaoud Towers – Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Residential tower of 54,000 m2 that consists of
2B+G+2P+30 floors complete with underground car
parks, swimming pools, retails and residential apartments.
The project is targeting to achieve Gold LEED rating.

2008-2010 Zayed University New Campus-Abu Dhabi
- A university campus comprises of 27 buildings with a total
built up areas of 190,000 m2 including hall of residences,
classrooms, academic faculties, library, convention
centers, dining halls, laboratories and sport facilities.

2009 Motor World-Abu Dhabi
- The project consists of the design of 300 Car Showroom
Development, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

2006-2008 Etihad Towers-Abu Dhabi
- A mixed use development comprises of five towers
ranging from 49-74 floors and exceeding 300m in height.
The towers include high-end 600-room hotel as well as
900 residential apartments and 65,055m2 of office space.
- 4 basement levels are provided for parking garage and 5
podium levels are used for retail and F&B outlets.
Liaison with the Client. Heading up the MEP design review
workshops conducted during schematic and design
development stages at the Consultant Offices (DBI/NDY) in
Queensland Australia.

2006 Paris Sorbonne University-Abu Dhabi
- A true ‘heir’ of the original Paris Sorbonne University in

2006 Al Gurm Resort-Abu Dhabi
- The project site is located along the western Ring Coast
Road and is composed of mangroves and natural

The total site area measures approximately 1.8 million m2.

2006 Private Recreation Complex for H.H Abdullah Bin Butti Al
Hamed -Abu Dhabi
- The complex presents an architectural challenge with a
built up area of 3,500m2. The project consists of service
section for staff accommodation, service block, helipad,
and hangar and a central section faces directly to the sea
and composed of a two-storey main residence, Spa and
Hammam.

2006 Businessmen’s Club-Abu Dhabi
- This luxurious Businessmen’s Club consists of a multi-
storey highly sophisticated urban building with a golf
course setting adjacent to the site. The project contains
executive offices, health club, and 5 star studio
accommodations.

2005 Abu Dhabi National Paper Mill and Abu Dhabi National
Carpet- Abu Dhabi Industrial City
- The project consists of the design of the expansion to the
existing Abu Dhabi National Paper Mill and the Abu Dhabi
National Carpet Factory (ADNPM & ADNC) at Mussafah,
UAE.

2005 Upgrading of Security Systems for Diwan of H.H. The
Crown Prince Court and The General Secretariat of The
Executive Council, Abu Dhabi
- The project comprises the provision of an integrated
security system on the basis of a turnkey solution to
enable full command and security control over the entire
existing property.

2005 Amwal Tower, Doha, Qatar
- The project is a commercial development situated in the
most popular and attractive area of West Bay, in Doha,
Qatar. The AMWAL tower is a striking and elegant glass
and concrete facade 22 storey commercial tower with
ground floor podium reception area, flexible office floor
space to 20 floors around a central core and multi-purpose
public area top floors, fitted out as a fitness facility.
Additionally, there are 3 underground floors of parking
mechanically ventilated with approximately 300 spaces in
addition to surface parking.

2004 The Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies
Abu Dhabi
- The Emirates Banking Institute is the first wing and is
composed a 5 storey structure that is accessed through
atrium. The Emirates Banking Association is the second
wing and is composed of an 11 storey structure that is also
accessed through atrium with floors housing future
tenant’s offices.

2004 General Pension and Social Security Authority
(GP&SSA), Abu Dhabi
- A signature building is determined by the need to express
the institutional identity of the General Pension & Social
Security Authority as well as the requirement for high-tech
twenty-first century design. The façade is a combination of
aluminum and glass. The building is a 7 storey which
incorporates concepts of functional performance and
comfort, as well as an exclusive and communicative
symbol of GPSSA's image and identity.

2003 Abu Dhabi Intercontinental Hotel Development, Abu
Dhabi.
- The project is an expansion to the existing hotel located on
the west coast of Abu Dhabi. It consists of four new mid
and low rise apartment towers, an upgraded replacement
of the existing hotel lobby levels and a new beach club. A
garden villa compound is also located to the west of the
new apartment buildings. Additionally, there are 2
underground floors of parking mechanically ventilated with
approximately 1400 spaces in addition to surface parking.

2003 Aquarium and Maritime Heritage Center, Sharjah.
- The aquarium showcases the diverse marine life and
coastal environment of the Arabian Gulf and focus the
visitor on their historical importance in the growth of the
region. The building has a total area of 6,493m2. The
aquarium is designed as a toxic free environment with
PVC and GRP materials for all ductwork, pipe work and
cable trays.

2002 to 2004 Al Ain Industrial City, Al Ain
- The City is established on an 870-hectare site that is
located around 20-km southwest Al Ain town centre and
catering for industrial demand for the next 15 years.

1997 to 1998 Emirates Property Investment Co, HQ Complex,
Abu Dhabi.
- The EPICO HQ Complex is located in the downtown of
Abu Dhabi (Khalifa Street). 22-storied office tower with
underground mechanical floor.

- A signature high rise 80 storey apartment building in Dubai
Marina, the building comprises of 5 basement car park

levels, one podium leisure facilities and levels 6 up to 80
apartment floors with intermediate and roof mechanical
plant rooms

2014-Akoya by Damac, Dubai.
- The Akoya by Damac Project is a residential golf
community project encompassing villa, townhouse and
apartment residential units, an 18 hole golf course with
associated facilities, golf clubhouse, a hotel, retail and
commercial facilities, associated landscaping and
infrastructure as well as a number of other community
facilities.

2013 King Khaled Medical City (KKMC), Dammam, K.S.A
- The King Khaled Medical City (KKMC) project is located in
the eastern province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and it
is one of the largest medical developments in the kingdom.
- The development will serve the community at a large scale
by providing specialized medical services for the entire
Eastern Region. The project consists of a mixed-use
development of Healthcare (Main Hospital and
Office/Research) and Non-Healthcare Buildings (Male
Towers, Female Towers, Family Towers, Consultant
Towers, Parking Building, Mosque and Miscellaneous
facilities). The project has received the “Best future

- The State of Qatar intended to construct a new complex to
house the Radio Television station together with offices,
car parking, and landscaping. AECOM (Legacy Cansult
Limited) has been retained to provide a full project
management throughout all phases of the project.

2003 Two Commercial/ Residential Buildings for Sons of Sh.
Mohamad Bin Butti Al Hamid, Plots 132 and 133- E11, Abu
Dhabi.
- The two high rise buildings are located in the downtown of
Abu Dhabi and will comprise each of 2 levels of
underground car parking, showrooms at ground floor,
offices at mezzanine floor, residential flats in 18 typical
floors, in house health club and indoor swimming pool at
roof floor and a top roof floor for mechanical equipment.

produced by Consultant “Al Suweidy Engineering”.
1998 – 2002 Abu Dhabi Trade Centre (Abu Dhabi Mall), Abu
Dhabi.
- This project at its time was the largest city multi-complex in
the UAE. The project is a combination of several functions
complex. The project consists of the following:
· An international 3-levels Shopping Mall with a wide
range of 250 Retail Outlets, Family Entertainment
Areas, Food Court, 9-Specialty Restaurants and 9-
Screen Cinemas.
· Parking for approximately 2100 cars in 4-levels
covered car park under the Shopping Mall.
· Two 16-storied Office Towers.
· 13-storied new luxury addition to the existing Beach
Hotel adjacent to the project together with a new
Grand Lobby, 4 Restaurants, Ballroom for occupancy
of 2000 people, Kitchens, Back of House and

In charge of the MEP designs and project management activities of a wide spectrum of large scale projects. Heading up Building Services team at AECOM Abu Dhabi and international projects, ensuring delivery of projects, validation and verification of technical documents. Design Projects Al Wakrah Stadium Precinct, Qatar Central Cooling Plant and Reticulation Network (2014): - A high capacity Central Cooling Plant (CCP) for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar having an overall total installed cooling capacity of 90 MW (25,590 TR) with a chilled water energy storage tank capability 20 MW (5,687 TR) to supplement its total cooling load at peak hours estimated at 110 MW (31,277 TR). - The central cooling plant utilizes large capacity 11 KV motor water cooled chillers consisting of five (5) sets in duty + one (1) set (as standby) of chiller pairs for a combined chiller capacity of 5,120 TR each. - Five (5) duties and one (1) (as standby) primary chilled water pumps (PCHWPs) and five (5) duties and one (1) (as standby) secondary chilled water pumps (SCHWPs) aid the circulation of chilled water with the motor control centre (MCC). The PCHWP’s operate at a fixed speed and works in tandem with a number of operational chillers, whereas the SCHWPs operate at variable speeds controlled by the load conditions of the customers. Heading up the architectural, structure, MEP and infrastructure team for the design management and production of the tender documents for the Design and Build Contract. Riyadh Metro, KSA (2014): - A design and build project for lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh metro network. These two lines will form part of the six-line metro system that will run for a total length of 176 kilometers across the Riyadh city and includes 85 stations. - AECOM scope encompasses detailed structural, architectural, MEP and transit system designs for the consortium of Bechtel, Al Mabani, CCC and Siemens. - A priority package called “Red Diamond” was requested to be carried out by AECOM to demonstrate the schematic design requirements for elevated stations, shallow underground stations and deep stations. - AECOM ME has prepared the “Red Diamond” package for the line 2 which will run east to west along King Abdullah Road and will be built mostly at grade and shallow underground (15km) with some elevated sections. The line 2 will also extend more than 25 kilometers with 13 stations and 3 transfer stations. Heading up the MEP team, liaison with the Client to present the design, and managing the production and reviews of the MEP design for the Red Diamond deliverables. The District Retail Project, Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE (June 2013) - A triangular plot acts as vital linkage between a trio signature landmarks, the Louvre Museum by Jean Novel, the Zayed National Museum by Foster & Partners and the new Guggenheim by Frank Gehry. - Designed and allocated to house the region’s finest collection of luxury brands, boutiques and dining outlets, high-end department stores, home furnishing chains, art galleries, family entertainment venues and various other specialty stores and services. - Comprises three levels –all above ground starting from the street level – distributed over 264,000 m2 of leasable space. - The project design is at Design Development design stage. Preparing the MEP concept design, heading up the MEP team, for the production of the MEP design deliverables through the schematic design stages. The project is now at 50% DD. BP Iraq NV project (2013): A large campus at Al Rumaillah, Iraq for Beyond Petroleum (BP) consisting of the following components:

Heading up the MEP team, liaison with the Client to present the design and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through the concept, schematic, design development and construction document stages. Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Center (AMMROC) (2012) - A world class military aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility at Al Ain International Airport. The facility provides its services to both the UAE military and to other regional forces. The facility has a plot of 1 km2 allocated to it at Al Ain airport within the airside boundary. - The facility comprises of five main hangars, a wash down area, aircraft painting booth, extensive workshops, warehouse, headquarters building, aircraft parking apron, roads & parking, and engine test cells and other test facilities. Heading up the MEP building services team, design management and production of the MEP preliminary design for the Design and Build Contract. Emirates Engineering Centre, New light Maintenance Hangars- Dubai international Airport (2012) - Four (4) number aircraft hangars to carry out light maintenance at the existing west apron of Dubai International Airport for emirates airline aircrafts: · A 380 – 800 · A 350 Series · B 777 Series · A 340 Series · A 330 Series Heading up the MEP building services team, design management and production of the MEP preliminary design for the Design and Build Contract. Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi, UAE (2011-2012) - The Yas Mall is a four level structure including a partial upper mezzanine level comprising approximately 350,000 square meters and two parking garages on the northeast and northwest side of the project. The project include 300 international retails, F&B outlets, food court, two (2) department stores, anchor shops, family entertainment, cinemas, hypermarket, stores, loading docks, mechanical, electrical rooms and back of house services, connections to the two existing southeast and southwest garages and also to the Welcome Pavilion of the Ferrari World building. - The project has reached the significant milestone of achieving a 2 Pearl Design Rating under the Estidama Pearl Building Rating System (PBRS). - The project won the Construction Week 2014 Commercial Project of the Year Award. Heading up the mechanical team, liaison with the Client Aldar to present the design, and managing the production of the deliverables, through the concept, schematic, design development and construction document stages. 2009-2010 Cleveland Clinic-Abu Dhabi - The project consists of the validation of MEP design of the central utility plant and admin buildings with the requirements of the local rules and regulations. Heading up the MEP building services team, provision of reviews and validation. 2009 Masaoud Towers – Abu Dhabi, UAE. - Residential tower of 54,000 m2 that consists of 2B+G+2P+30 floors complete with underground car parks, swimming pools, retails and residential apartments. The project is targeting to achieve Gold LEED rating. Heading up the MEP team and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through the concept, schematic, design development and construction document stages.

Résumé Mohamed Doureid Sleiman 4 February 2015 2008-2010 Zayed University New Campus-Abu Dhabi - A university campus comprises of 27 buildings with a total built up areas of 190,000 m2 including hall of residences, classrooms, academic faculties, library, convention centers, dining halls, laboratories and sport facilities. Heading up the MEP team and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through the concept, schematic stages. 2009 Motor World-Abu Dhabi - The project consists of the design of 300 Car Showroom Development, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Heading up the MEP team, and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through the concept, schematic, design development and construction document stages. 2006-2008 Etihad Towers-Abu Dhabi - A mixed use development comprises of five towers ranging from 49-74 floors and exceeding 300m in height. The towers include high-end 600-room hotel as well as 900 residential apartments and 65,055m2 of office space. - 4 basement levels are provided for parking garage and 5 podium levels are used for retail and F&B outlets. Liaison with the Client. Heading up the MEP design review workshops conducted during schematic and design development stages at the Consultant Offices (DBI/NDY) in Queensland Australia. Heading up the MEP team, and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through construction document stages. 2006 Paris Sorbonne University-Abu Dhabi - A true ‘heir’ of the original Paris Sorbonne University in Paris providing an exhilarating opportunity for students to access a higher education in Abu Dhabi. Heading up the MEP building services team, liaison with the Client, design management and production of the MEP preliminary design for the Design and Build Contractor. 2006 Al Gurm Resort-Abu Dhabi - The project site is located along the western Ring Coast Road and is composed of mangroves and natural sea/sand bar offering clear water to a natural small island. The total site area measures approximately 1.8 million m2. Liaison with the Client. Heading up the MEP team, and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through schematic design, design development and construction document stages. 2006 Private Recreation Complex for H.H Abdullah Bin Butti Al Hamed -Abu Dhabi - The complex presents an architectural challenge with a built up area of 3,500m2. The project consists of service section for staff accommodation, service block, helipad, and hangar and a central section faces directly to the sea and composed of a two-storey main residence, Spa and Hammam. Liaison with the Client. Heading up the MEP team, and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through schematic design, design development and construction document stages. 2006 Businessmen’s Club-Abu Dhabi - This luxurious Businessmen’s Club consists of a multi- storey highly sophisticated urban building with a golf course setting adjacent to the site. The project contains executive offices, health club, and 5 star studio accommodations. Liaison with the Client. Heading up the MEP team, and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through schematic design, design development and construction document stages. 2005 Abu Dhabi National Paper Mill and Abu Dhabi National Carpet- Abu Dhabi Industrial City - The project consists of the design of the expansion to the existing Abu Dhabi National Paper Mill and the Abu Dhabi National Carpet Factory (ADNPM & ADNC) at Mussafah, UAE. The Crown Prince Court and The General Secretariat of The Executive Council, Abu Dhabi - The project comprises the provision of an integrated security system on the basis of a turnkey solution to enable full command and security control over the entire existing property. Liaison with the Client. Heading up the MEP team, and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through schematic design, design development and construction document stages. 2005 Amwal Tower, Doha, Qatar - The project is a commercial development situated in the most popular and attractive area of West Bay, in Doha, Qatar. The AMWAL tower is a striking and elegant glass and concrete facade 22 storey commercial tower with ground floor podium reception area, flexible office floor space to 20 floors around a central core and multi-purpose public area top floors, fitted out as a fitness facility. Additionally, there are 3 underground floors of parking mechanically ventilated with approximately 300 spaces in addition to surface parking. Heading up the MEP team, and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through schematic design, design development and construction document stages. 2004 The Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies Abu Dhabi - The Emirates Banking Institute is the first wing and is composed a 5 storey structure that is accessed through atrium. The Emirates Banking Association is the second wing and is composed of an 11 storey structure that is also accessed through atrium with floors housing future tenant’s offices. Heading up the MEP team, and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through schematic design, design development and construction document stages. 2004 General Pension and Social Security Authority (GP&SSA), Abu Dhabi - A signature building is determined by the need to express the institutional identity of the General Pension & Social Security Authority as well as the requirement for high-tech twenty-first century design. The façade is a combination of aluminum and glass. The building is a 7 storey which incorporates concepts of functional performance and comfort, as well as an exclusive and communicative symbol of GPSSA's image and identity. Heading up the MEP team, and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through schematic design, design development and construction document stages. 2003 Abu Dhabi Intercontinental Hotel Development, Abu Dhabi. - The project is an expansion to the existing hotel located on the west coast of Abu Dhabi. It consists of four new mid and low rise apartment towers, an upgraded replacement of the existing hotel lobby levels and a new beach club. A garden villa compound is also located to the west of the new apartment buildings. Additionally, there are 2 underground floors of parking mechanically ventilated with approximately 1400 spaces in addition to surface parking. Heading up the MEP team, and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through schematic design, design development and construction document stages. 2003 Aquarium and Maritime Heritage Center, Sharjah. - The aquarium showcases the diverse marine life and coastal environment of the Arabian Gulf and focus the visitor on their historical importance in the growth of the region. The building has a total area of 6,493m2. The aquarium is designed as a toxic free environment with PVC and GRP materials for all ductwork, pipe work and cable trays. Heading up the MEP team, and managing the production of the MEP design deliverables, through schematic design, design development and construction document stages. 1997 to 1998 Emirates Property Investment Co, HQ Complex, Abu Dhabi. - The EPICO HQ Complex is located in the downtown of Abu Dhabi (Khalifa Street). 22-storied office tower with underground mechanical floor. Project Management and Design Review Projects: Responsibilities Undertook the duties of the Manager for Building Services. Heading up the MEP engineering team for the Project Management works and for the review of the Mechanical and Electrical design submissions of the Consultants. 2015-Investment Corporation of Dubai Headquarters New iconic mixed use development developed by One Zaa’beel LLC and consists of: Offices: 70,000 m2 broken down into: − 5,000 m2 of H.H offices. − 10,000 m2 of ICD offices. − 5,000 m2 of serviced offices. − 50,000 m2 of General offices. Residential: 100,000 m2 with the provision of one bedroom flats, two bedroom flats, two bedroom with maid room flats, three bedroom with maid room flats and four bedroom with maid room flats. Hospitality (approximately 50,000 m2) with the provision of 100 keys ultra luxury hotel, 450 keys upper upscale hotel, 130 units luxury serviced apartments, ballroom, meeting rooms, F&B, kitchens and FOH areas. Service and Destination retail 20,000 m2. 5 levels underground parking 2 aboveground podium levels for retail and parking. Link structure between towers A and B As a Project Director for the MEP peer design reviews of the project reporting directly to the Employer’s Representative. 2014-Damac Heights, Dubai. - A signature high rise 80 storey apartment building in Dubai Marina, the building comprises of 5 basement car park levels, ground floor retail and parking, 4 podium car park levels, one podium leisure facilities and levels 6 up to 80 apartment floors with intermediate and roof mechanical plant rooms Heading up the MEP design review team, provision of required technical and professional inputs, review and validation of Consultant’s design and provision of necessary recommendations to Client. 2014-Akoya by Damac, Dubai. - The Akoya by Damac Project is a residential golf community project encompassing villa, townhouse and apartment residential units, an 18 hole golf course with associated facilities, golf clubhouse, a hotel, retail and commercial facilities, associated landscaping and infrastructure as well as a number of other community facilities. Heading up the MEP design review team, provision of required technical and professional inputs, review and validation of Consultant’s design and provision of necessary recommendations to Client 2013 King Khaled Medical City (KKMC), Dammam, K.S.A - The King Khaled Medical City (KKMC) project is located in the eastern province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and it is one of the largest medical developments in the kingdom. - The development will serve the community at a large scale by providing specialized medical services for the entire Eastern Region. The project consists of a mixed-use development of Healthcare (Main Hospital and Office/Research) and Non-Healthcare Buildings (Male Towers, Female Towers, Family Towers, Consultant Towers, Parking Building, Mosque and Miscellaneous facilities).
