through the established system and for the inspection of
materials, reporting and logistics of requested parts return.
Ensure that Scania warranty policy is being correctly
applied & reject inappropriate claims with good reason for
decision. Responsible for training the department and
network on all aspects of the warranty process.
Conducting regular audits of the process from the
network. Implementation warranty process for Scania
Myanmar. Setup and handling management & reporting
process. Implementation of monthly reporting showing
the following for (MY & MM). Support Dealer Network
(Including Export Market) with training on process
improvements to reduce rejection rates.
