- 1. MY EXPERIENCE WORKING AT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS Hi, I'm Ayu Imtyas Rusdiansyah. Today is first November in 2022. I have the opportunity to join one of the educational institution in the Gresik City. This is a new experience for me, and I think this will be a memorable memory and the first step of several life journey that I will take next. Today I work at an elementary school in Gresik City as a class teacher. My ability is indeed superior in the fields of education management. However, this is a new challenge because I have to deal with elementary school children. I am very happy to be well received at this school. I became a 4th grade teacher with twenty five students with various backgrounds, both in terms of character and economics as well as social. I started to adapt in this institution, and I enjoyed every bit of the process. It's a new challenge, but it's very fun. Dive into a children's world full of fantasy and games. Wow, I think this skill is not easy to organize children at the elementary school level. I really appreciate the teachers who guided me when I was studying in elementary school. I also hope that what I teach in the fourth grade can become useful knowledge for the life of society, nation and state. Good luck to all.
