Free webinar on "Balancing the different learning of students"
Different students have their optimum learning method. Some will learn pretty fast when they read texts while others prefer to listen to the teacher. There is yet another group of students that will need a practical demonstration for whatever they have learned to stick. The teacher is left with the difficult task of finding the balance that will be favorable to every student.
Purpose:
The purpose of this webinar is to bring new knowledge on balancing the different learning needs of students. Here are some parts of our methodology that help us succeed in keeping our students of all level interested and engaged like teaching creatively, independent projects, making our students the teachers, following their own assets and self assessment.

12. The Fleming & Mills suggested a new
model of learning. The VARK model.
The VARK Model is used to explain the
different ways that students learn.
The four core learning styles in the VARK
MODEL includes visual, auditory,reading
and writing and kinesthetic.
14. VARK MODEL :
Visual learners are better able
to retaininformation whenit is
presented to them in
graphics,symbols,pictures etc.
They enjoy analyzing and
observing things
The pay attention to students
who are doodling, list
making,and note taking.
They are also called as “aural”
learners.
They prefer listening to
information that is presented to
them vocally.
They work well in the group
setting and enjoy reading loud
to themselves.
VISUAL AUDITORY
15. VARK MODEL :
This type of learners focuses
on written words.
The information on
worksheets, presentation,
heavy survey.
They are note takers and
they perform strongly when
prefer to written form.
Kinesthetic learners arew
hands-on and thrive when
engaging all of their senses
during course work.
They tend to work well in
scientific studies due to the
hands on tab components
of the work.
They are tactile learners.
READING & WRITING KINESTHETIC
16. SECRET GIFT :
Self learning is an approach to learning
where the individual makes the efforts
to identify their own learning needs, set
learning goals, find the necessary
resoursces and evaluate their own
knowledge.
