Thymus: As it is site of lymphatic and endocrine activity. It secretes hormones and is a
maturation site for the T- cells.
Spleen: It is the largest lymphatic organ and produces blood cells in foetus, and in some cases in
the adults.
Palatine tonsils:They are the patches of lymphatic tissue, which protect against the ingested and
inhaled pathogens.
A lymph node: It helps in providing immunity. They are present in hundreds, therefore removal
of one lymph node would not be critical
