 Handling Supplier related problems and solving issues systematically.
 Driving with Engineering team for solving long technical issues related to
design
 Adherence to TS16949, OHSAH, EHS,5S and customer Audit requirements.
 Ensuring Shop floor 5S
 Undergoing Internal Process and Product Audits
 Optimizing the utilization of resources -4M
 Eliminating Muda and Muri and 7 wastes in process
 Driving Cost Optimization technology (CTO Concepts) and Kaizens
 Implement and drive Continuous and continual Improvements towards
PQCDSM
 Motivating employees towards giving suggestions and Kaizens
 Cultivating the Culture of Team building, Team work, Six Sigma,7 QC
tools.
 Implementing Best and Bench Marking practices.
 Layout proposal, Fine tuning and PFEP (Plan for Each Part)
