Henry brings a wealth of experience in cross-platform software engineering and object oriented application design.
Previous to Act-On, Henry was the founder of TeamTek, a software engineering consulting firm. Before that, he was at Responsys, where he led the analytics development effort. Prior to Responsys, he was the product suite architect for the ADM business unit of Merant, where his responsibilities included the PVCS products.
Henry has a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame, with expertise in software engineering and numerical modeling. He has published refereed academic research. He has also contributed to the IETF WebDAV Delta-V working group specification for the versioning extension of the WebDAV protocol.
Previously, Raghu was the co-founder and CTO of Responsys,Inc., the long-time (and current) market leader in on-demand e-mail andlifecycle marketing solutions for high-end retailers. The company was backed by Accel, Foundation Capital, Redpoint Ventures and Sigma Partners. Raghuholds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and aB.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology(IIT), Bombay.

Lally Meck is a seasoned sports marketing and event specialist who has worked at Octagon, a global leader in sports and entertainment marketing, over the past 5 years. During his time at Octagon, Lally has helped brands like BMW and Home Depot activate their sponsorship portfolios and over the last 4 years has been helping Allstate Insurance build their college football program into what is now considered within the industry one of the premier sponsorships in college sports.

Project Coordinator, IMC – Sponsorships, Promotions and PR
Nina is currently a project coordinator on the sponsorship marketing team at Allstate. She is responsible for managing the activation of Allstate’s multicultural sports and entertainment properties, such as the US tour of the Mexican National Soccer Team and the Allstate Tom Joyner Family Reunion. She is also responsible for many aspects of the Allstate College Football sponsorship portfolio, including oversight of all digital and social media elements, the Allstate Tailgate Tour that travels to over 20 key games throughout the college football season, and key portions of the Allstate Sugar Bowl sponsorship. She started at Allstate as a graduate intern working on the 2006 Allstate 400 at the Brickyard.
Nina holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and an MBA from The College of William and Mary.
