• IN SUCH A WAY WHERYBY ANY DEFFECT MUST NOT BE INCUURED. ( ZERO
DEFFECT.)

* Top management support and commitment is required.
* Education and training must be continue.
• Measurement is critical.
• * Managers need to provide workers with the means to do good job.
• * Improvement are not viewed in the term of final product.
• * Most problems associated with quality can be attributed to
management policy or action
• * Implementation is applicable in every organization.
• * Post production inspection need to be minimized
• * Effective communication and teamwork is essential at all level.

* THERE IS NO SHORTCUT OF QUALITY.
*SUPPLIER MUST INVOLVED IN QUALITY PRACTICES.
* THE PURSUIT OF QUALITY MUST BE A CONTINUES EFFORT.
* QUALITY SAVES MONEY.
* RESPONSIBLY IS PLACED ON MANAGER, NOT WORKERS.
* QUALITY IS NEVER ENDING PROCESS..
* REQUIRE TO SHIFT IN CULTURE.
* QUALITY ARISES FROM REDUCING VARIANCE
* TOP MANAGEMENT SUPPORT AND
COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED
* EDUCATION AND TRAINING MUST BE
CONTINUE.
• Education and training program must be organized at
continue basis. In rapidly changing environment every
organization adopting latest technology for its
operational success. But it can only succeed if workers
also trained and educated. Hence worker/employees
must be trained regularly.
* MEASUREMENT IS CRITICAL
• Measurement is critical. In it we don’t see how
much have been done but wee see how much is
remained which was required. It means that we
don’t see how much quality excellence we have
gained in fact we look that how much rest .
* MANAGERS NEED TO PROVIDE WORKERS
WITH THE MEANS TO DO GOOD JOB.
• All the three TQM Gurus emphasis on the fact that
mangers should provide adequate means/ tools to
workers whereby he can do a good job and
consequently a good quality product can be produced
& provided to customer.
* IMPROVEMENT ARE NOT VIEWED IN THE
TERM OF FINAL PRODUCT
• It means that if you have done improvement then it doesn't
means that it will be seen as the improvement of final
product. Sometimes these don’t improve final product but
improve workers efficiency , workers capability or lead to
less cost.
* MOST PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH QUALITY
CAN BE ATTRIBUTED TO MANAGEMENT POLICY
OR ACTION
• All three of the philosopher emphases that most
problem which affiliated with quality are arise due to
error in top management policy and action taken by
them. It means that if management policy will be
adequate them these problems won’t be less occurred if
defective utmost problem will be faced.
* IMPLEMENTATION IS APPLICABLE IN
EVERY ORGANIZATION.
• Philosophies or theories of TQM given by these three
philosophers is applicable in any kind of organization
because these are universal and can be implemented
any type of organization for improving quality of the
product or operation of the association.
* POST PRODUCTION INSPECTION NEED TO BE
MINIMIZED
• All the quality gurus emphasis on the fact that we have
to adopt such type of production or operation process so
that right product can be made at first time with zero
defect whereby post means after production
examination/ inspection need can be minimized.
* EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND TEAMWORK
AT ALL LEVELS ARE ESSENTIAL.
* THERE IS NO SHORTCUT OF QUALITY
• All the three philosophers state that there is no shortcut
for quality. It means that for obtain a best quality you
need to follow some certain steps and you have to follow
each and everyone no one should be dropped.
* SUPPLIER MUST INVOLVED IN QUALITY
PRACTICES.
• It means that if we want to provide a good quality
then we are required to choose a supplier that
provides best quality raw material as required rather
then who provides cheapest but rubbish/poor quality.
Thus a supplier can involve in our quality effort.
* THE PURSUIT OF QUALITY MUST BE A
CONTINUES EFFORT.
• All the three TQM Gurus emphasis that pursuit of
quality must be a continue effort. It is not a action
that once performed and no need to perform in future.
In fact for make sure a good quality pursuit of quality
must be without cease.
* QUALITY SAVES MONEY
* RESPONSIBLY IS PLACED ON MANAGER,
NOT WORKERS
* QUALITY IS NEVER ENDING PROCESS.
* CUSTOMER - ORIENTATION
• CUSTMOR IS THE KING.
• A group of actions taken by a business to support its sales and service
staff in considering client needs and satisfaction their major priorities.
Business strategies that tend to reflect a customer orientation might
include: developing a quality product appreciate by consumers;
responding promptly and respectfully to consumer complaints and
queries; and dealing sensitively with community issues.
* REQUIRE TO SHIFT IN CULTURE.
• An organization who want to make a good quality product
that need to shift in the local culture of the region right
then it can be success otherwise it could be fail. Example
:- KFC has changed of making fast food in India and quit
to use beef in their raspy and become good quality brand.
* QUALITY ARISES FROM REDUCING
VARIANCE

In rapidly changing environment every organization adopting latest technology for its operational success. But it can only succeed if workers also trained and educated. Hence worker/employees must be trained regularly.
  • 11. * MEASUREMENT IS CRITICAL • Measurement is critical. In it we don’t see how much have been done but wee see how much is remained which was required. It means that we don’t see how much quality excellence we have gained in fact we look that how much rest .
  • 12. * MANAGERS NEED TO PROVIDE WORKERS WITH THE MEANS TO DO GOOD JOB. • All the three TQM Gurus emphasis on the fact that mangers should provide adequate means/ tools to workers whereby he can do a good job and consequently a good quality product can be produced & provided to customer.
  • 13. * IMPROVEMENT ARE NOT VIEWED IN THE TERM OF FINAL PRODUCT • It means that if you have done improvement then it doesn't means that it will be seen as the improvement of final product. Sometimes these don’t improve final product but improve workers efficiency , workers capability or lead to less cost.
  • 14. * MOST PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH QUALITY CAN BE ATTRIBUTED TO MANAGEMENT POLICY OR ACTION • All three of the philosopher emphases that most problem which affiliated with quality are arise due to error in top management policy and action taken by them. It means that if management policy will be adequate them these problems won’t be less occurred if defective utmost problem will be faced.
  • 15. * IMPLEMENTATION IS APPLICABLE IN EVERY ORGANIZATION. • Philosophies or theories of TQM given by these three philosophers is applicable in any kind of organization because these are universal and can be implemented any type of organization for improving quality of the product or operation of the association.
  • 16. * POST PRODUCTION INSPECTION NEED TO BE MINIMIZED • All the quality gurus emphasis on the fact that we have to adopt such type of production or operation process so that right product can be made at first time with zero defect whereby post means after production examination/ inspection need can be minimized.
  • 17. * EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND TEAMWORK AT ALL LEVELS ARE ESSENTIAL.
  • 18. * THERE IS NO SHORTCUT OF QUALITY • All the three philosophers state that there is no shortcut for quality. It means that for obtain a best quality you need to follow some certain steps and you have to follow each and everyone no one should be dropped.
  • 19. * SUPPLIER MUST INVOLVED IN QUALITY PRACTICES. • It means that if we want to provide a good quality then we are required to choose a supplier that provides best quality raw material as required rather then who provides cheapest but rubbish/poor quality. Thus a supplier can involve in our quality effort.
  • 20. * THE PURSUIT OF QUALITY MUST BE A CONTINUES EFFORT. • All the three TQM Gurus emphasis that pursuit of quality must be a continue effort. It is not a action that once performed and no need to perform in future. In fact for make sure a good quality pursuit of quality must be without cease.
  • 22. * RESPONSIBLY IS PLACED ON MANAGER, NOT WORKERS
  • 23. * QUALITY IS NEVER ENDING PROCESS.
  • 24. * CUSTOMER - ORIENTATION • CUSTMOR IS THE KING. • A group of actions taken by a business to support its sales and service staff in considering client needs and satisfaction their major priorities. Business strategies that tend to reflect a customer orientation might include: developing a quality product appreciate by consumers; responding promptly and respectfully to consumer complaints and queries; and dealing sensitively with community issues.
