• CUSTMOR IS THE KING.

include: developing a quality product appreciate by consumers;
responding promptly and respectfully to consumer complaints and
queries; and dealing sensitively with community issues.

that need to shift in the local culture of the region right
then it can be success otherwise it could be fail. Example
:- KFC has changed of making fast food in India and quit
to use beef in their raspy and become good quality brand.
