1. A tout le monde, A tous mes amis, Je vous aime, Je dois partir.<br />(To the world, to my friends, I love you all, I am leaving.)<br />The French quote above comes from one of my favourite songs, A Tout Le Monde by Megadeth. I chose this quote, not only because it is in French and the fact that I’m writing about a modern language, but because it is actually one of my favourite songs since the beginning of high school. The major ways of knowing that helped me understand the quote is perception, language, and emotion.<br />
