2. Section 1
In the first scene it will
be an under the bed, low
shot of someone moving
their legs off the bed and
onto the floor, it will be
low key to show it night
time and the scenery in
the bedroom will give a
clear message of who the
character is in the scene
and also their age.
3. Section 2
The next scene will be
shot from the side,
showing the lower half of
the character walking
through the bedroom.
They will be carrying a toy
to reinforce the young
child character.
4. Section 3
All through out the
sequence there will be
very short sections,
about a second long,
when a child like
drawing will appear on
the screen.
As well as this the titles
will appear on a black
screen at points through
out the sequence.
5. Section 4
In the next scene it will be
a mid shot of the
character, a young girl.
She will wear white to
show innocence. The
camera will start low
down and work its way up
till the audience can see
her face. This is the first
face the audience will
connect with.
6. Section 5
The next scene it will be a
still shot as she walks down
the stairs. So as the
character gets further down
the stairs the more the
audience will see of the
character.
It will also be higher key
lighting as she has left the
dark bedroom as she walks
through the hallway.
7. Section 6
This shot will show her
walking out the front door
from behind, using match
on action it will then show
her from the front walking
through the door. .
8. Section 7
The next scene she will be
walking down a dark path.
Tracking her as she walks down
the path. In low key lighting as it
will be set in the night time.
9. Section 8
The next scene will show
3 or 4 people walking or
stood in the middle of the
road. There will be low
key lighting as the only
lights will be street lights.
10. Section 9
The last section of the
sequence will be the title of
the film in large bold letters
on a dark background.
