2. WHAT IS CLIENT ?
Clients are pcs or workstations on which users
run applications. Clients rely on servers for
resources, such as files, devices, and even
processing power.
3. WHAT IS SERVER ?
Servers are powerful computers or processes
dedicated to managing disk drives (fileservers),
printers (print servers), or network traffic
(network servers ).
7. TWO-TIER
In two-tier client server architecture, the system is
implemented as a single logical plus an indefinite number of
clients that use that server.
Client can be:
Thin client or
Fat client
