MINUTES OF AL4ED MEETING IN IOANNINA, Greece
21/5/2015 Second Chance School Ioannina
Participating Partners at the meeting:

UK: Vesna
Kari presented the mobility programmed in Norway. The main focus will be on youth
and work with landscape around the city of Trondheim, excursion to the natural
resort, mining city near by and attendance to the International Music Festival and
Medieval art, craft and food market at St Olaf’s church place and free time to get
around the city. Price of the travel and food during these days will be similar to what
we have already paid in Turkey and Greece.
Simone prepared the Final report draft which we went through and contributed with
our observations and comments. We worked in English but each partner will translate
it in their own language. We discussed Action 1.
Simone reminded us to include in our parts of the Report about the degraded areas in
our countries or cities, which we observed and visited during the project with our
group of people. We also have to write about historical importance of that place for
our heritage and culture and why we have chosen this particular place.
E4 Contest of the question - to think about it as well as all other questions if we want
to add something, so that we send it to Simone to finalise the joint part of the Report.
Evaluation: to send all our questionnaires after each mobility to Kari and Pedagogical
cards to Simone., by 20/6
Part B
We have to make sure that we follow the Application form and to go by dates as we
have written in it.
F3.1. Impact
To write about each individual partner’s experience – it’s important outcome of the
project
F4 – Dissemination – to include every article, online contribution, media coverage
and meetings during the project
Website: joint website will include all entries sent to Simone or Bilal, Facebook,
Vesna’s Highlight Europe website, and each partner’s website or social media .
Norway asked about the old staff which Simone said he already included in our joint
website. We all have to send to Simone up to 10-15 photographs which he will
include in our joint website and we can add more in our EST part.
We all joined celebration of the Second Chance School, feast, music and dance.
