and Mariella talked about the importance of dissemination and sustainability of the

2. Simone reminded all to send their questionnaires after the mobilities - dead line
8/8/15- both to him and to Kari. Please look in your records and send asap whoever
did not do it already. This is very important to include in our Report and website as
evaluation of the meetings and mobilities, and our method of monitoring and self-
evaluating mobilities. Kari will summarise all evaluation forms and send her report to
Simone until the end of August. We all agreed to publish the summary of the
evaluation forms and not each form separatelly. We also mentioned that our
obligation is to record all presentations, local activities and meetings in individual part
of the Final Report and in EST. All activities should be sent to Simone. Miene asked
how to fill the pedagogical cards, does she need to put each land art she has done,
and Simone told her that everything is written in the card and she should just follow
it. Dead line for all pedagogical cards including Norway should be sent the latest
16/8. All Pedagogical cards should be translated in local languages. Mariella said that
it’s very important to pay attention to multilingual aspect of the project as it presents
European added value. She said that the aim was integration and multiculturalism and
that is our advantage. We agreed to simplify local activities and send them as one in
each different category.
Dissemination – we should mention all media, local organisations and our former
European partners. Mariella said that we should include presentations and meetings
with the local authorities, one-to –one meetings and seminars, workshops and bilateral
meetings. Also if there were any cooperation with industry and businesses, since that
enhances employment opportunities.
Miene asked how to include music, dance, film in our EST and Simone said to send it
to him for the website and to put the link in EST.
We could include only activities which happened until 31 July 2015 – be aware of
that, so do not go further because this is the end of the project.
We also need to include Norway in part A of the joint Report. It is important to stress
the link between music and landscape which is the main characteristic of Norwegian
experience and their main aspect of linking Landscape with art. This is an original
form of learning and it should be definitely identified as cultural and heritage aspect
of learning and not tourism. This is our cultural dialogue and each partner has to
find their own original different way and series of tasks which would help on how to
enter in it.
We ended meeting satisfied that we covered all aspects of our project and that we
achieved an interesting and valuable definition of Art and Landscape for Adult
education. We are thinking of producing a book with this project’s outcomes. All
agreed to finalise the Report before 1/9/2015.
