at Sodexo, a Fortune 500 company, world leading in food and facilities management services and service vouchers
• As the resource person for Sodexo brand in India I provided in-house all the creative services which were
earlier being outsourced, and extended responsibilities by handling their on-site implementation in south
India and locating new vendors for projects in this region.
• Conceived and implemented a retail visual identity that consolidated and strengthened Sodexo’s brand
presence and recall among end customers in the corporate food services business; implemented it on
client sites at Nokia, Dell, JPMC, TCS, Deloitte, etc; also created four food retail sub-brands.
• When Sodexo’s new global visual identity was launched worldwide in early 2008, implemented it in India
in a phased manner across the entire internal communications, marketing materials and sites.
• Gave an impetus to the promotional events of the food services division by uniquely branding each event
which directly resulted in increased foot-falls; encouraged by this response, several more such events
were launched. In all, worked on about 20 events in one year.
• Contributed to internal branding through design of corporate magazine ‘Kaleidoscope’, motivational
graphic panels at corporate headquarters and standardizing all internal documents in circulation.

posters design for Eastern Venture, UK.
• Managed the design unit of Ashi Diamonds Inc., New York, at their India back office. Helped streamline
processes, recruitment and expansion of team, deployment of resources and training.

• Joined the company prior to its market launch to take charge of marketing communications. I am
privileged to have been part of the team that saw the company rise from being a startup to having
presence in fifteen countries. Part of its first overseas delegation to BioFach Germany.
• Created packaging, marketing material and exhibition design for a range of six herbal teas, fifteen
supplements and over thirty whole herbs.
• Gave shape to the company’s brand from scratch by establishing brand guidelines, house style, colour
palette and compiling an image library.
• Established packaging specifications, located vendors and supervised production for the first three years.
• Worked with clients in UK, Holland, Czech, Australia & France and teams in USA and Israel to customize
