We learnt that GO foods are carbohydrates and give us energy, GROW foods are protein and they help us to grow, and GLOW foods are vegetables and minerals and these help to light the sparkle inside us. After Dr Ali taught us all about the foods that make GO, GROW and GLOW we played a game to sort food cards into the three categories and all got them correct.
