Location: Room 234
North Fulton Service Center
2. As a default, you can select one or more
files to upload. If you only have one file,
it’s not necessary to change the default.
Click on ‘Attach File’ button (not the down
arrow) to get started.
3. Similar to when we searched for a file, this window offers us
several places to search for our file. Was it saved on a flashdrive
or was it saved to the computer’s hard drive?
4.
5.
6. Notice that when we click on the file once, it appears in the ‘File name:’
field. Next, click ‘Open’. As an alternative, when you double-click on the
file, it immediately opens it for you.
7. Not finished with your
message? Select ‘Save as
Draft’ to save your work for
later.
Success! You’ve attached
your document.
When we click ‘Drafts’, our message appears
waiting for us.
