attributes of this job, as most of the projects works have to be
kept on top of. They also need to plan out the work which has to
be completed and keep to deadlines.

4. Team player and Team Builder - best to be defined as a strong person
who is able to hold the team together, as they have the position of a
manager. Project managers should also be able to know the
appropriate leadership styles which are used during each stage of the
team development.
Resilience – this will help them handle temporary setbacks, with less
stress, and greater confidence.
Self Motivation – They need to be self motivated, to ensure that the
work they have to do is prioritised. They have to always be motivated so
that the work will always be completed.
Independence – Project managers need to be independent as they have
people to reply on them for support and guidance, but they also have
work which has to be done without a team, and they have to ensure
that they get it completed.
5. Extensive experience of project management
Experience within the facilities management industry is desirable.
Organisational skills – it will help organise the work
completed, ensure they have the correct equipment and supplies
needed for the project. But also as a manager they have to create
and organise work for members of the team to ensure they have
something to do at all times.
Time Management – Organisation is the skill to ensure to meet the
deadlines, and to use the time wisely. It takes a little experience
before the managers can properly assign tasks, allocate resources
and complete a project on time. Meeting the deadlines requires
time management. Managers need to meet deadlines constantly
and have the ability to prioritise tasks.
