Ask Automotive is having DIE CASTING MACHINES of HMT up to 660 tons, Toshiba
up to 350 tons. LK 400 tons and Technocrats machines and doing machining of HUB, BRAKE
PANEL, export component of Rubitech ( CNC Lathes : ACE and LMW ) and SPM’s .
Doing painting job work (TWO LIQUID PAINT SHOP and POWDER COATING
PLANT). The produced components are rear grips, brake panels rear & front, crank case left
& right, cylinder head, cylinder block, tappet caps, plugs, front/ rear wheel hubs & nylon
components ie chain covers, for scooters & bikes. Core business is to produce brake shoes
liners for two wheelers & four wheelers.

Have advanced Tool Room comprising Makino VMC (S33,S 56), ARD EDM’s, EDM WIRE CUT, EDM Drilling
machine, die spotting machine and Surface grinders, Cylindrical Grinder etc.

Purolator is Automotive filter-manufacturing company having Injection molding of DIEKYUNG (KOREA)
bearing capacity 120 TON, 150 TON, P.U. molding machines, paint shop, seaming machines paper
impregnation plant.
Responsibility: Head of Maintenance Department and assembly shop
Echlin was manufacturing Hydraulic brake system (Tandem Master Cylinder, wheel cylinder, Hose, Caliper,
Brake lining etc.) For Maruti and having 15 VMC, 5 CNC Lathe, SPM’s and test ring for testing brake
component. Total 105 machines.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Cost reduction by using LDO , SKO instead of HSD and by providing energy efficient motors.
