The mill uses state of art technology provided by Simens spa, atomized, Italy. The mill refers to
complete bar line for the production of rebar in the range between 10mm to 40mm, where
slitting operation for4x10mm, 4x12mm, 4x14mm, 3x16mm, 3x18mm, 2x20mm and 2x22mm.
It uses gas fired walking beam furnace withcapacity of 150 tons/hour and uses billet size of
170x170x11850 mm and 125x125x11850mm with different grade such as 35GS, 3GSP, G60 and
460B. Quality of finished product is of BS4449/97, Gr460B, BS4449/2005, Gr500B and ASTM
A615, Gr60.
2.AFRICAN INDUSTRIES LIMITED, NIGERIA
PERIOD: 13 Sep, 2013 to 01 august2014 Date as Senior Pulpit Operator in TMT Mill Finishing Area.
