  • Aoife Behan, Director, Jelly and Gin Aoife is most definitely the glutton in the partnership of Jelly & Gin. A pop-up restaurateur and a guerilla dining mastermind, Aoife is obsessed with communal dining in unusual locations. As a committed carnivore she started Edinburgh’s first true guerilla dining experience Burgher Burger which has become a meat seeking monster of an event. Aoife has had many years experience working in public sector strategy and has a PG Dip in Management Studies and MSc in Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics. What does this have to do with what she’s doing now? Nothing really, other than the fact that she now knows how to get things done with military precision. She is a lover of pie and trifle; and has never knowingly under eaten. Aoife describes herself as a day-dreaming realist; an independently minded people pleaser; and a lover of tradition in hot pursuit of the next big thing
  • Bronwen Robinson, Director Business Development, Zolkc Ltd Bronwen has over 20 year’s experience in strategic consultancy working with public, private and voluntary sectors in the development of online services focussed on enhancing the tourist experience through interactive technologies. • Themes for the discussion – please allow time for questions from the floor on each theme How important is it to collaborate with others in order to sell Edinburgh? What’s more important – getting your customer engagement strategy right or getting your technology strategy right? What impact will Connected Edinburgh have and where do you see the opportunities – perhaps directed at Aoife and Bronwen? Other questions from the floor (final 10 minutes)
